For the most part, the employees are FANTASTIC. The quality of the food and beverages exceed anywhere else. However, the managers do not understand their noise levels at an atomic level that absolutely astonishes me. The male manager talks loudly on his phone, walks around the store, sits where customers sit, and does not seem to understand professionalism. Hes kind and probably super wonderful, but its not only him. There have been meetings between supervisor and employee at the tables with customers that seem like private business. The personal things said and discussed loudly ruin the atmosphere.
You guys built this beautiful building with tables and plug ins for GUESTS, but you dominate it with your business matters. You need to build a staff room.
Furthermore, the LOUD talking and laughing behind the counter is understood because having fun at work is important, but be classy about it.
Im not sure what happened here. I am a frequent Starbucks visitor all around, and this location, in Warman, is the most obnoxious I have ever visited. I have gone 10 times before I called it quits.
I truly believe in this store. The employees get the job done. Everything is always clean and fresh and fabulous. But there is REAL work needed in the atmosphere you provide for guests. If you dont view us as guests, you need to get rid of your tables and...
Read moreVisited with my partner on 3 May in the morning around ten to nine for a mobile pick up. Wasn't too busy for Starbucks, and watching the service my wife recieved was on the level of grossly disrespectful by the young lady working the mobile orders.
My wife was picking up a couple orders( which was told to the lady working) that required a drink tray, when my wife asked for one, before she got to finish her sentence she was cut off and told to " hang on" in an abrupt manner. On top of that, when asked if they have stoppers, the lady didn't acknowledge her verbally or even with body language. Instead she walked to where they had these sticker stoppers on their machine, grabbed them and handed them to my wife to put on the drinks herself.
I've been to Starbucks in many many places, all-over, and where the level of busy far surpassed this location. Nobody has ever been as rude as this...
Read moreAfter being given chai teas instead of chai tea lattes, we were finally given the correct order and, fortunately, they were made properly (in past we’ve had trouble getting them made the same as other locations but they’ve obviously figured out what they were doing wrong).
However, I am now thoroughly annoyed by the fact that the drive thru employee used my name damn near every sentence he spoke to me (obviously getting if from the app being scanned)! If I wanted someone to know my name, I’d INTRODUCE myself!! Very presumptuous of Starbucks to think it’s “customer service” when, in actual fact, it is invasive of one’s privacy, & quite rude.
Companies need to teach employees to say ‘have a good DAY’— not a lazy ‘have a good one’, or better yet, return to simply saying...
