I took empties back to this location today, and the entire experience was terrible. There was a female employee that was not only rude to myself and my daughter because we we accidentally dropped a few bottles and one chipped, but she was also rude to a fellow employee. She was literally yelling at him, and swearing. I dont drink and was taking these empties back for a friend...and was also told I didnt separate them properly. If there is a certain way it has to be done, then post it somewhere for the non drinkers that have no clue! We were told they were short an employee ...well PLEASE dont take it out on...

When you’re losing market share and going down the pan, you need to lean on differentiators. What makes you stand out from Costco (far cheaper) and the grocery store (far more convenient). Two of those should be range of beers and accurate stock levels. You can gain an advantage with alcohol free in particular which is exploding.

I asked for a case of the large cans from the stock room as they do not fit in the “8 can cardboard box “ . I checked the web site before I arrived and there was 50+ available. The girl that was on cash said “I have nothing in the stockroom “ with even checking.
