Bianca's Pizza — Restaurant in Waterloo

I've been a pretty long time customer for a while now.

I think as a student the prices are phenomenal, I can get a meal that will last me for two days for around 12 bucks, and it tastes fantastic.

I must have gone to the store at least over 50 times over the past 3 years, but yesterday was the first time they screwed up my order.

I ordered a panzorotti, with sausage, ham and pepperoni, and they accidentally made it with double ground beef and mushrooms. I told them that i would still take it and pay for it, as I was not prepared to turn down food and thought it was a shame for it to be thrown out.

The guy asked me what I wanted for my combo and put up the marinara sauce and Pepsi I asked for, he then said "I am sorry for the mistake in your order, its on us"

I insisted on paying because it really was not not a big deal for me, but they insisted that it was their mistake and it was their way of making it up to me.

I'd rate it 4.5/5 in reality, as I think sometimes it takes a long time to get the food, but the service is great, the staff have always been talkative and funny, and the food overall tastes amazing and is affordable.

Gourmet pizza? No. But is it amazing? Yes. If you're going to go there, ensure your total is more than 10$ so you dont end up with the pesky surcharge, a combo works out...

I ordered a medium Haiwan pizza and the person charged me the price equivalent to a large three-topping pizza ($11.25). When I ordered a slice, once again the person said he was going to charge me 50 cents more for debit orders under $10. On my third visit, I got charged ($10.10) for a two-topping large pizza. After price interpolation ($7.50 vs $9.99 for a large one vs three topping pizza... It should have been $8.75 plus tax making it $9.90). I don't know what's wrong with some of the guys working late at night or night there but they need to stop nickelling and dining extra over their advertised prices. Next time I will just go somewhere else. I understand a attached on charge for credit card cause of the transaction fees by visa/MasterCard but come on, debit what the hell. And to add insult to injury, a tip for pick-up and no dining service. Really? People ask for tip after a service not before, and nonetheless this prompt before a debit charge is incredulous... What audacity this...

First of all, I called to order a pizza an hour in advanced the guy on the line which I believe was high did NOT understand what i was saying and had to repeat myself at LEAST 5 times! Then we get there 5 minutes late and I go in for my order and say my name and he looks around to try and find it and asks what i ordered (keep in mind NO ONE is in the store as its later in the night) I tell him what I ordered and he goes to the back to the other guy working. 5 minutes later he comes back and says hes making the pizza now!!!!! I could NOT believe it your job is to make pizza and you FORGET that?!?! You have one job!!!!! i then pay (full price) and he says he put on extra cheese and pepperoni... i wait 20 minutes in the cold and finally get the pizza I open it and there was 5 pieces of pepperoni on this damn pizza and so much cheese that if i lifted a slice out the box THE CHEESE FELL OFF!! so here i am eating cheeseless AND pepperoni-Less pizza NOT a good time. Will NOT be going...
