Great place and excellent service ! Been looking for a recliner chair for awhile ,and found one at Cosmic Home furniture online Saturday around 3:30 pm. I called the store, and the sales person not only took my call but answered all my questions, and did so polite not rushing us at all. He didn't have the chair we wanted in our colour choice ,but told us he will look into one for us, and would call back very soon! 20 mins later he called us, and told us he has stock in his warehouse ,and could pick it up same day, and because of the timing he could delivery to our house in Milton. Less than 90 mins later our chair showed up, and the driver was great and very polite plus help us set it up too!!! Really fantastic service over and above our expectation ,and the prices are great too! Thank-you Cosmic Homes Furniture great to see excellent service again that's is so lacking these days! Searching for things on kijiji is always a bit of a wonder what you are actually going to buy. I cam across cosmic homes ad for a sectional that would work for us. Ron got back to me pretty quick and was showing real pictures versus the ad. We choose a couch, paid the deposit and hoped for the best. Surprisingly Ron was super honest, communicative and quickly made me realize he cared and things were far from a scam. The couch exceeds expectation for the cost. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Sectionals can be upwards of 4-5k so you need to compare to only spending 1k. In that comparison, it is already working expectionally well for our needs. The actual in person see/touch/feel is also better then my original thoughts. I went in to the store yesterday (November 16th, 2024) and bought a couch from there. The sales person was very attentive to us while we were looking around and showed us various items that fit what we were describing as our needs. The couch is super comfortable and I absolutely love it. 10/10 would go back here again and buy another piece of furniture. The prices are extremely reasonable for a furniture store and the quality seems to be there for all of the furniture.
