Cobs bakery quickly became one of my most treasured gems in Waterloo (thankfully I live right upstairs). They have the unquestionably undefeated best sourdough and brioches in town. The quality of the bread makes it clear these people are top experts, and most importantly, seem like good hardworking people. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Got the cheese loaf which cost over $8 but the loaf was way too small and no cheese. Total rip off. The loaf in the picture measures 3.75 inches having had 3 slices taken off ( less than 1 inch).

This Cobbs location used to be good when they first opened but now their ham and cheese croissants are always burnt to the point that you canā€™t eat them and their pizza is disgusting, I used to shop there all the time but not anymore considering that the owner/manager refused to do anything for me when I told her about it, I even went the distance to always bring them gifts at Christmas time and cards and this is the thanks that I get SO I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COBBS, PLUS EXCEPT FOR THEIR BUNS THEY ARE...
