Double Double Pizza — Restaurant in Waterloo

When you order from their website it says you will only be charged an extra fee for interact on delivery. They charged me this fee for credit though their website doesn't say this. It isn't on my receipt either. The driver forced me to pay this when I challenged him. After calling their head office and talking to them they said there was nothing they could do since I already paid. When I called the store the manager on duty said their was nothing he could do. I made it very clear that they have stolen from me and that I would never do business with them again. This is my warning to everyone, don't order from them because they charge you extra claiming it is an extra fee when it is never stated anywhere. They refused to do anything for an upset customer....

I was a regular customer for a year since I always chose student houses around that perimeter. Needless to say, I got to know the staff very well. The older co-owner is a real gentleman- never ran into any problems with him. The younger Turkish male, however, is a complete psychopath. When customers fail to make a simple order he expresses anger and discontent. He would always greet me as "friend" and put on a show, but I caught him talking trash behind my back on multiple occasions. Additionally, the single slices are always infested with flies in the summer. The pizza may seem appetizing, especially with the extra wedges they include for free, but I would recommend taking your business elsewhere (there's a Pizza Pizza down...

The panzo's, at one time, were a thing of legend. Enormous, dream-filled slices of heaven that threatened to break your plate. The delivery dude perspiring from the sheer weight of the bulging box. I decided to get a couple today, after a few years hiatus, and what a disappointment. Roughly the size of a typical bank note, a couple of inches of each side nothing but bread. I had to eat both, lest risk malnourishment. I found three thin slices of jalapeno's in each. Their pizza is fine, not great, but good enough. Just don't waste time, money, or your hopes and dreams on...
