So today me and my sister went there to grab some shawarma the food is not that bad but it's there cleanliness that is gross they don't wear 2 gloves only for 1 hand and when we came in the store both employees were sitting on there phones not professional at all and had there masks below there mouth and nose/not to mention were in a global pandemic so they should be wearing masks properly As well when they made me and my sister's food the guy making my poutine was on his phone as he was by the frying and he toughed his head to scratch his hair and proceeds to make my food so gross. Also the guy making my poutine put garlic on it and i told him i do not want sauce from the beginning and he removed the sauce but then my sister told him yea at the register we told you that it was no sauce but then he's like most people order extra sauce well that's messed up not everyone want's sauce then he is like do you want sauce on the side i said no. If i do not want sauce on my food does it look like i want it on the side. NEVER COMING...
Read moreI've had a lot of weird experiences here. This location. Every time I go to Lazeez I know somethings going down. Once the cashier tried to convince me to order something else. Once I ordered a shawarma and got a rice plate. I don't know if they changed management, the previous guys were cool. The new employees are always being strange. Either too much eye contact or always, always have to repeat the order. Before i'm done saying it, i know i'll have to repeat this. The sauce is always dripping out of the shawarma. Always. By the time i reach the end its all mushy and i cant distinguish between shawarma and the wrapping paper. Sometimes I've eaten the paper. Im sure of it. Today for example, we ordered two shawarma. The shawarma was like only chicken. The falafel, we asked specifically no turnips, or pickles. Instead there was like extra turnips and pickles, and nothing else. Only turnips...

My friend and I went there... they took our order ..and it started from there! ... we said we wanted wraps... then he asked what toppings..and entered them.. then had to redo our order three times on the screen. He asked me if I wanted rice on my wrap I said sure. Then the pour girl who was making our food.. who is just reading the screen started making a platter.. not a wrap with rice Then he asked us again what we wanted on our wraps..which is already entered into the computer and just needed to read! .. Pour girl was so afraid of him perhaps... and so she was trying her best but broke the one wrap. She fixed it and it was fine.. the he came in and burned one wrap in the grill and non chalantly asked if we would want another one... We just asked for our money back. And went across the street to the best shawarma we have had. At...
