came on the 5th around 5:20 to get some bbt for my fiancé and I and the service was terrible. when I first walked in, I saw that both of the associates were making a drink so I decided to use the machines in the front to place my order. During my entire experience in the store, from walking in, ordering, and waiting for my drinks, neither of the associates greeted me, asked me how I was doing, let me know that my order was being made, not one word. Once my order was ready, the associate was placing them in the machine that adds the lids and they said “do you need a tray” and i responded “do you guys have bags” and they did not even respond to my question, they continued to socialize with the their co-worker. Then they just put my two drinks on the counter. I asked at that point for a tray and if they no longer carried bags and they said no and continued their conversation. I then interrupted the conversation to ask if there were bags available to buy as I saw some at the cash and the associate responded “oh yeah just those but they’re like 10$”. While waiting, she realized she might have made a mistake and tried to ask the barista if green tea would have been a better choice, just before she added the lychee jelly. Instead of helping, the barista responded sternly that she had picked black tea and didn’t acknowledge my husband when he tried to explain it was an honest mistake. She continued making the drink, clearly frustrated.
It was a mistake my daughter made, but I think it’s important for customer service staff to be patient and supportive, especially with kids. This was a meaningful purchase for my daughter, and the barista’s attitude was disappointing. I hope you can address this so future customers have a better...

Couple times and finally i decided to leave review. Even before that i gave them to chance to correct mistake and person working their or manager says we can’t do anything.
I am also working food industry and if something like that happen and if customer come and tell us we correct them and turn them into happy customers. But this place doesn’t want to do that since they are in mall and they know another customer will come.
If they would have change my drink I won’t leave review. And i went back before my drink not even finished 15%.
