New York Fries at Conestoga Mall is hands down one of the best spots for a quick and delicious bite, especially for those of us with dietary restrictions. The staff here are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful—they go above and beyond to ensure a great experience every time.
One of the standout features of this location is their dedication to accommodating gluten-free diners. They have dedicated gluten-free fryers and a great selection of gluten-free menu options, which makes it such a relief for someone like me with celiac disease. Whenever I let them know about my allergy, they’re incredibly thorough: they change gloves, clean the area, and take every precaution to make sure it’s safe. That level of care and attention means the world!
As for the food? It’s absolutely amazing. The Bacon Double Cheese Poutine is a personal favorite—perfectly crispy fries topped with melty cheese, cheese curds, and bacon. It’s comfort food dream come true!
If you’re looking for delicious fries, excellent customer service, and a safe option for gluten-free dining, I can’t recommend New York Fries at Conestoga Mall enough. Five stars all the way!

We don't ask for things when we are satisfied. I ordered a Butter chicken fries recently, and when I asked about the quantity of sauce, you guys just gave a standard answer and i quote"additional quantity is extra bucks", First of all there is no value in what I paid for, and you say pay extra to get the value, then why am i even buying from you. Here is my suggestion, Improve your customer service. Never reason with a customer with your policies and standards, without hearing what the customer has to say. Lastly, Improve the taste and Quality. if this is good we will be satisfied with the price, without asking you to put extra.

We tried using our card which didn’t work for some reason and had to use another card and the employee who was taking our cash showed her attitude and asked us to “Go ahead “ with her rude attitude and bad gestures of her hands.
