I had a bit of a last-minute chocolate emergency, and Princess truly went above and beyond to help me out. She quickly and kindly prepared a beautiful box of chocolate-covered strawberries that absolutely saved the day — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Her helpfulness and calm under pressure made a stressful moment so much easier!

Carmela also deserves a huge shoutout for her incredible artistic flair. She put together a gift basket that looked like it came straight out of a magazine. It was the perfect gift, and everyone who saw it was wowed!

Thank you as well to the store's owner for running such a wonderful business. Rocky Mountain Chocolate is a gem in the Kitchener/Waterloo area - high-quality chocolate, amazing candy apples, and all sorts of sweet treats. It’s the kind of place that makes you smile the second you walk in.

I just went all the way to this location today to get my favorite treat which is the skor brownie on a stick & I was given the skor rice krispy instead. I didn't realize until I got home and tried to cut it in half. It was pretty hard and it wasn't what I wanted :/

Previous owners and employees were so generous with their help and asking what customers prefer. The owner retired and so sold. The new owners seem nice but instead of asking what customers want, they quickly just explain why they decided to not sell certain products. The gifts I used to buy were put in bulk, then sadly they just decided not to sell. Sea-salted, dark chocolate almond bark. I thought it was popular right now...
