By far the worst experience I have ever had. There is a young female working here who is completely rude and horrible with customer service. She refuses to provide extra toppings as she states "It is not to specs", and on top of it when she makes a mistake, she blames it on the customer and becomes aggressive and argumentive.
My son and I went into order a few subs and have only chosen our bread and cheese at this time. However, she overheard me talking to text (getting an order over the phone) and thought it was my son speaking to her and selecting the type of sub (meat). When she continued to ask me what was on that sub after toasting, I told her that one was going to be steak and bacon, but she said she already made it into a club because apparently my son said "club". He orders a steak and bacon everytime we go there ā he doesn't even know what a club is. I even pulled out my phone and showed her my text messages proving to her that I'm the one who said the words "club" and "Turkey rancher" ā trying to figure out what another family member wanted.
I told her we didn't order meat yet and she continued to argue saying she heard my son say it. To be fair, we actually sound alike. Despite me clarifying our order for her and being the paying parent, she continued to refuse to make our food how i was asking to order it. Furthermore, i asked her dor a second to figure out my order, but she chose to pressure my son for choices.
He only said "sheedded cheese" to her. I proceeded to explain to her that he doesn't know what a club is and that I was the one who said that word as I was talking to text and we sound the same. However, she refused to fix, refused to continue to make our food, said that it was our problem and our fault. She also refused to get management involved.
She continued to argue for 5 minutes until finally, agreeing to take the meat off and switch it to steak saving the bread. She also (for the second visit in a row), did not have brisket after dinner time, because apparently it doesn't sell. However, it's on the menu and I believe it should be available all day ā I had to download size my sub.
I will absolutely never be back to this location. I have never been so disappointed in customer service or treated so poorly in my entire life. She is cheap, rude, unprofessional, aggressive, and poorly maintains stock.
To be honest, I can't even express appropriately here how terrible she is. I really hope that someone fires hee because this is not the first complaint I have had to make about her and after her behavior, I feel like head office did not care to resolve my issue the first time I had an issue with this woman. We are never coming to this location again, had too many bad experiences not just me, my husband and mom too. Yesterday she was busy making online orders, so me and my kids waited about 10 min. Then a lady walks in and the employee says āshe was here before you so let her order firstā the lady had been moving her car. So I agreed. And waited. Then a food basics cashier came in and was waiting behind me. Then the employee said, āshe only gets a 15 min break so let her go ahead of youā. I was stunned. Iām sorry but itās not my problem if the person behind me is on a tight schedule (which by the way I worked at food basics and you get a 30 min for the break at that time, when we had 15 you would have no time to even walk over to subway). So I just stood there by now itās about 25 min just standing around in the store with hungry kids I had to feed before going to swimming - I was on a tight schedule too. That was highly inappropriate etiquette. Please train your employee about this
Secondly, she ran out of the sauce I wanted, both bottles were empty so she looks at me and says ādo you want me to go fill it?ā I said yes, I would like the sauce.. she said but it will take too long and just stood there staring at me. I said ok just skip it, at that point I just wanted to get out of there. I had ordered three subs and was supposed to order a 6 inch as well but I didnāt as I felt very uncomfortable being rushed. This employee is always overwhelmed when I come in. Every time
Previously, my husband asked for herb and cheese bread and she told him she didnāt have any. Then he said I see 2 full trays right there. She said she has to save this for the online orders. The same thing has happened to me by her.
Another time my mom wanted a meatball sub, and she told her that she had to save them for the lunch rush from the students.
Furthermore, many times she just sprinkles on the toppings inadequately and when you ask for more she puts on like 1-2 more. It happened to us many times.
I have also had to ask her to change her gloves after handling money as she wasnāt going to. Which is extremely unsanitary. A family member told me they had to do the same. That is disgusting
Iām very very disappointed as we had been coming to this subway location for over 15 years⦠only to see it destroyed in service by one single employee. We will be going to other sub places from now...

Then we ordered online, since she wonāt accept the coupon if we want to have separate bread, we choose to order online because it has worked before for years. Then, she got mad and didnāt want to make our order, saying she has āimportant online orders to makeā and tell us to wait for 15 minutes. We finally got the order and go home, only realized that the stuff didnāt toast the bread while the order says it should be toasted. Since the experience was so bad, we didnāt want to just let go an bring the sub backā¦. Only to find out she refuse to make another one since we only āpaid for one subā (while the coupon is 2 for $17, but in any situation, if they donāt want to sell it, the coupon should not be mailed to us), just say she has toasted the bread while the cheese has not even melted for a tiny bit. I want to speak to the manager but she say she is the manager, so I want to record the sub to keep the evidence, thinking maybe can complain to the subway corporate, she just go crazy saying that I am recording her and ask me to show her my phone otherwise sheās going to call the police. Since this is the most terrible experience, I told her go ahead because I wasnāt filming her. She got crazy and keep saying show her my phone. This is the worst ever, every single restaurant is much better than here
Edit: after going home to eat the sub, I had a bite that tasted like mold. I didnāt see what it was, but itās completely disgusting. I wanted to keep the sub and send to the government for testing, but found out too bad we canāt do that here.
