Should be called Twice the Steal. What a nightmare. I ordered a pizza on the app. Entered my address (6km from this location, said online it delivered to my address). The app asked me to create an account. I did. It said order placed. Checked my email for confirmation, and I noticed it had my address from 5 years ago suddenly pop up as my current address in the email confirmation. It must have synced with my old account somehow, and it changed the address I had put in the app. I got a call from this location a few minutes later thinking, great we can clear that up! A man starts yelling at me that they don’t deliver to my address. I start to explain what happened, and saying my current address, when he cuts me off and tells me he doesn’t deliver and he’ll transfer my order to another store, and hangs up. Transfer to who? To what address?? He didn’t even know where I lived. I called back and just said cancel the order, to which I was told he can’t cancel it, only send it to another store! I could get nowhere with this guy. He was stuck on the fact that I ‘entered’ the wrong address so this was my fault, instead of trying to help in any way. I hung up in frustration, tried calling the franchise number, and no answer. The store he transferred my order to called me also wondering what was going on, explained the situation the girl understood and said she would cancel it. No refund has been issued. I emailed the company 5 days ago, several times, no response, called again today, left a voicemail. No franchise greeting, nobody to answer the phone. Disgusting customer service. I...

I try to order online and can't figure out if my order went through (medium pizza 3 toppings, and dipping sauce ~8).
Call they say they didn't get my order but can take it by phone. Same pizza $14.23 for delivery. I realize I was probably looking at pickup prices by accident and agree. Hang up. (Note: They never give me a cheaper option, even though it exists)
Go back to website, choose menu for delivery and see a large pizza and 2 pop deal for 13.55 (doesn't include dipping sauce) so I call back (5 minutes later) to see if I can change my order. They say they already made my pizza. Hang up.
Realize they could still give me the two pops, so call back. Spend a LONG time talking to 3 different people asking for a medium pizza, 2 pops and dipping sauce for 13.55 (since they already made my pizza).
Finally the manager agrees to give me the medium and 2 pops for the same deal as online plus throw in a free dipping sauce. Great - so should be 13.55 right? WRONG. It's going to be 14.67. Oh, there's a $0.99 fuel surcharge he says. I would have thought that would be included in the DELIVERY PRICE... but maybe that's twice the deal's overall problem.
At this point I've been on the phone so long, I think to myself - I'm 7 months pregnant, don't need the high blood pressure from the stress and am hungry so I give in.
But I'd like to note that 13.55 + 0.99 is NOT 14.67. These guys are like highway robbers and it sucks because I REALLY LIKE THE PIZZA. Too bad I'm never...

I live less then 8 mins from this restaurant. Took over an HOUR to get to me.
Pizza: Super cold and reeked of green pepper (which I’m sensitive to). I ordered Pep, Bacon and Ground beef. No peppers
Ordered with a 2 LT Pepsi and only received a small bottle of Pepsi.
Why did I have to Pay $21.05 for a large 3 topping pizza and a tiny bottle of Pepsi? I Confirmed my order serval times on the phone with the man who promised me free delivery and a reasonable wait time.
Couldn’t eat the pizza as it’s was cold and tasted and smelled of green pepper. I threw it out.
The next day I went into the store and asked to speak a manager. What waste of time.
An older East Indian woman identified herself as a Manager and listened to my story. Wake me some general questions and then Promised me that the owner would call back.
I had my receipt and my charge on my credit card as proof. Gave my name and cell number.
That was 7 DAYS ago. No call. No text nothing
I wanted to solve this without being an internet troll but NO ONE cared, given lipservice and nothing else.
Worst service and Even worst food. Please don’t give their your money!!!!
