Not sure who provided those 5 stars fake reviews but this is an absolute messy and bad restaurant. I understand in depth mediteranean food and I can tell that that those guys are far from being a 4 or 5 star place for such food. I spent 10 years in the middle east and I know what this food is all about. Where do I start? 1) Chicken Shawarma : totaly lacks taste and it is dry. No condiments and mediteranean taste whatsowever. Shawarma is not done with chicken meat period. 2) The so called added topping like cabage is just plain red cabage with some strange sauce that isn't mediteranean at all, tastless and put on top of the Shawarma which is yacky. 3) Added garlic topping is also put on top of the Shawarma and it's nasty and greasy. 4) The rice is rather Indian than mediteranean. This was the only item I was OK with but again not mediteranean. 4) If you call yourself mediteranean restaurant you must have a good souvlaki in the menu and good matching salad with it (learn from Mr. Greek) . 5) Why all the workers are Indian? What they know about this food? Not helpful at all. They lack the culture and the gist of this type of food. I recommend the owner to learn more about the mediteranean food and do it right not just pretend. I suggest to go to a real place in Jerusalem or Beirut and spend two weeks in the kitchen and the shop to learn how it's done and come back with...
Read moreEdit: The first time I visited this location, i was blown away by the customer service provided by Harsh. I have recommended this location to so many people solely based on the customer service. I became a regular customer. Tonight, my ex-husband and i decided to take the kids to tahinis. There were 6 of us. I paid for myself and two kids, and he did the same. My bill was a little over $40, and his was too. We like coming here because they give you 6 free doughnut bites if you spend more than $30. I expected 6, and he expected 6. We had two separate orders. The female emplpoyee refused to honor their deal. She said we were "together" and continued arguing with us in front of other customers, all over 6 little balls of dough. It was such a turn-off that we didn't want anything anymore. Owners really need to stress the importance of excellent customer service. We will never return to this location. What a shame.
Harsh served my kids and I. He had a smile on his face the whole time , checked to see if everything was good. He also gave the kids some free dessert to try. The shawarma here is amazing, and I'm super picky with my shawarma. The toppings are fresh, and it's full of flavour. That first bite is everything....
Read moreToday was my first time at this place. I thought of expecting a good food but it was a total disappointment. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap in my office lunch break. It’s been almost 25 mins for the wrap to prepare but that’s fine. The person working there need some coaching. She was not able to cut the chicken and she informed me that chicken is not cooked and will not be able to provide the wrap so I said cancel the order and provide me a refund which she never listened and she started preparing someone’s two bowls order and offered that to me. I said i did not order these and said I ordered a wrap. And then she took the wrap and started all toppings and even not sure which meat did she put because she said the chicken is not cooked.
She prepared the wrap in 2 mins no proper folding and asked her to cut into half. She literally cut the chicken shawarma wrap after wrapping up with the paper. I was like why are you cutting the wrap into half when it’s already wrapped with paper. At the end.. is disappointment!!
First impression will be always the best but with yours was at upmost worst and very disappointing. Sorry, Not...
