i witnessed a customer accidentally dropping a drink in the store. they were apologetic and asked if it could be remade since the drink didn’t even make it out of the store. the employee did not remake the drink & was rude to the customer saying “it’s not my fault”

that is pretty unusual, since it dropped in the store & it wasn’t on purpose … not like they were trying to get a free drink… proper customer service is to just remake it since it was completely an accident

The best fruit tea place in the entire KW area! I tried their #1 best selling honey peach strawberry slush first time when I came here, and I got addicted to their fruit tea since then.

They use real fruits instead of artificial flouring powder, and I kept coming back to try other drinks such as honey peach green tea, fruit oolong tea etc.

Every single one tastes amazing!

Unfortunately they won’t be open until September, but I will come back to try more of their drinks once I am also back...

TeaQuiet - no talk. The drink selection is limited and very light in flavour. They added a lot of milk and the tea flavour is too light. The vibe and atmosphere of the place is akin to an empty Chinatown basement food court. Not a very welcoming vibe and no chairs or washroom - so I would expect a lower price than places that do offer these basic amenities. Unfortunately, this place may be better for a quick pickup with limited to no human...
