I had a bad experience yesterday evening at one of the king st location tim Hortons. My boyfriend and. I received a free coffee through the Tim's app it was set on our phone this is seperate from the points I collected off the app for a free coffee.I explained this to the cashier he said he understood we both agreed on thats what I was ordering and how it was to be accounted for however I got 400 points deducted and I got a donut for a dollar the bill came to 1.67 so I paid 1.67 he explained he half off my exx large coffee and I got donut for 1.67 I'm confused my boyfriend explained again he paid 1.65 for the same as me but the pricing was different how so nothing got handled we left confused if my coffee from the points was taken why did I have to pay half price when he took 400 of my points and I never even got the free coffee from my offers it may sound confusing it's not really I was given a free coffee and I had points for a free coffee I collected from the hockey challenge.it just makes no sense to me how this happened I found the first cashier who was doing the order was quite rude until another came over who was more pleasant and friendly but somewhere a mix up happed...
Read moreMostly order icecaps from here because of the consistency, super good, so yummy…when they put a straw in… which the last 2 times they haven’t… but whatever!!:) also almost every single time I or my boyfriend order a food item, it’s wrong or something is missing. One time ordered a plain bagel, plain cream cheese, instead got herb and garlic. Both are enjoyable but it’s more enjoyable when you get … what you asked for … ?? Another time ordered a breakfast sandwich with just sausage and got egg … whatever, take the egg off, no big deal!! :) or ordering 2 hash browns and only one… is in the bag…. Most recently ordered a sausage on a biscuit, with cheese and that was right, which is super awesome, and also ordered a plain bagel with … plain cream cheese, with some bacon n some butter! …. Cream cheese was put in a little cup thing… and it was also herb and garlic .. :) so yeah, not getting anything from this Tim hortons probably ever again because why should I continue buying something and not actually getting what I paid for ??:) Please do better considering almost all the one star reviews look like they have the exact same issue, or...
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but this has become a pattern at this Tim Hortons location. Just now, I ordered a medium hot coffee with 2 creams only. When I corrected her, she said the total was $4 including a honey cruller, which I never ordered.
I’ve noticed this location often gets orders wrong, but this experience was especially frustrating. Although I eventually got a refund and the coffee seems correct now (even though it says “black coffee” on the cup), the whole process was chaotic.
Staff really need to pay closer attention to orders and acknowledge mistakes with a simple apology. A sincere “sorry” goes a long way. You can't keep getting irder erinf and being rude about it as if its not YOUR mistake. Btw owner needs to correct their staff this was at the 11am shift Sunday Oct 5. The other staff told the cashier lady you need to confirm order..so I know it was some issues going...
