Mario's Place — Restaurant in Welland

I've eaten here about 20 times. The food is good. That being said, it's torture trying to find their current menu on-line. I learned how to work around that, but had I not been vigilant in wanting that pizza that night lol, I never would've been able to easily place an order. When I brought it up to the owner, after fussing at least 3 times to order, he said they are not computer friendly and have no intention of hiring anyone to fix their website. He stated his regular customers were enough and he makes no money from the website.

So, to anyone wanting Mario's for dinner, if you're not a regular, he apparently doesn't want your money. This was rage inducing to me and I shall not spend 1. More. Nickel there. And I do like their food. With this screw you attitude, I wouldn't eat there of I were dying of malnutrition.

It's ok. I wish it was friendlier. Had a very cold experience, no manners, but it is what it is. $56 for a Large Pizza with 4 toppings and 20 wings. Pretty damn steep but had to see if it was worth it. The wings were mediocre but I actually really liked them, cuz I like simple wings.

The pizza on the other hand was very very sub par. I would never ever order a pizza from there again, especially with a $25 price tag. I look forward to trying their other items in the future.

Hadn't eaten from here in about 4 years and it was always good in the past with friendly service but tonight... I ordered double cheese and not even the entire pizza was covered. It was like 1/2 cheese. Also the crust used to be thinner but tonight it was SUPER poofy and bready. The flavours were still good I just wish I would have got the toppings i paid extra for.
