Used to love this location for chicken but tonight has definitely got me in a complete turn around.

I came in at about 9:40pm 20min before close and tried to order an 8 piece just chicken order. The manager had advised that it was impossible to make that order as it would go over the stores closing time of 10pm.

Appalled and surprised to hear the managers response I decided that I would go with what she had recommended instead. Either shrimp or tenders, I have decided to go with the tenders.

As the manager rung out the order I was surprised the charge for 8 tenders was the exact same as 8 pieces of chicken. I had advised the manager how can that be so as the tenders were smaller, she responded with “we don’t make the prices I just type it in the machine and the machine charges”.

While another customer waits I decided to just settle with the tenders and payed the price of $23.72.

As the order was being made I spoke with the manager to understand how she runs the business. I asked her that when a customer come in within the stores operational hours they should receive full service that is provided since the store opens and until the store closes.

How do you inconvenience the customer because you want to conveniently leave close to 10pm. Her response shocked me. She said “That’s what we always do!”

Customer service is the support you offer your customers — both before and after they buy and use your services — that helps them have an easy and enjoyable experience with you. This is not the case with this location.

Extremely poor manager who knows very little about customer service.

It doesn’t end there…..

I get home to finally eat the tenders I have ordered for 3 adults and my daughter only to be utterly disgusted. The tenders were absolutely salty. I cannot even explain how salty these tenders were…definitely not even edible as I threw them out. Not to mention the size of the tenders. How do you charge the same price for 8 pieces of chicken with 8 tenders when there were no way the same size portions. Most of my tenders were like chicken wings.

Big 911 to the business owner…

I have also asked the manager how I can properly escalate my complain. The manager responds with “contact the owner”. I asked her how and she said ”go online and search for...

This location was my go to about 6 months ago when I first moved to the area....it was close and the chicken was ok............BUT

Yesterday March 19th, 2022, I went to order a family 8pcs with fries & I added a large coleslaw=$40.00 plus.....when I got home I noticed most of the chicken pieces was significantly smaller like "bit size" with a couple drum sticks & only 2pcs were the normal size thighs....I contacted the store, thinking it was a mistake, a female staff answered, " I believe she was the same person who took my order but failed to advise of the HUGE change in chicken piece size. I inquired on the phone if it was an error & she said no, she also said she's not the one who made the changes to the size of the children, it was the company. After reminding her I just paid $40 for "bit size" chicken pices, she hung up the phone ..I tried to call back bcuz I thought it might have been an accident, but each time it kept going to the machine , so I believe it was done on purpose. This is one of the WORSE customer service experience I have had in a really long time...i feel I was decieved..I will NOT RECOMMEND bcuz when they mess up or make changes they fail to advise & you will NEVER get a favorable resolution after the fact..read other reviews that will confirm.....its all in the company's best interest to MAKE A PROFIT ON THE BACKS OF THEIR CUSTOMER'S HARD EARNED MONEY, REGARDLESS THE COST TO THE CUSTOMER....If I ever return i will ensure to look at my order b4 I leave.....I advise anyone reading this to do so b4 U leave & correct THEIR MISTAKE immediately....if not demand a refund of...

We went in for lunch. It was our first visit to Popeyes.

We ordered a large chicken tender combo and a big box (2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, a biscuit and drink. Price for the box was $7.99.

Lunch for 2 was about $26.00.

The chicken tender combo also came with 2 sides, a drink and a biscuit. The "spicy" tenders were just that. So tender with crunchy breading. They were perfect. The best I've had in a very long time. The macaroni and cheese was just okay- a bit bland for my taste buds.

The chicken in the big box was good, but not great. My partner would have preferred it be cooked for longer. He prefers the breading used at another fast food chicken restaurant. The Cajun fries that accompanied it were also just okay.

We both enjoyed the coleslaw and the lemonade.

The gentleman at the counter was both friendly and helpful.

Dining in was a pleasant experience, and there was definitely a small lunch crowd.

Washroom was clean.

Really not sure if we will be back.
