Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Welland

Ordered 3 Italian subs and 6 cookies. big mistake first off not only did I not get 3 of the cookies, but the subs not only were not made right, i.e. stuck with onions and pickles on one of them that didn't order any of that crap on. but it looked like they were trying to stretch the meat and toppings out from one to use on all three, only thing you really could taste was the buns. I tried calling for over an hr. just to keep getting hung up on nobody ever answers the phone. I did order through skip so I am hoping they will at least give a refund for the cookies. I will NEVER order from here again. Does not look like you want customers anyways if you can't even answer a phone.

UPDATE: Skip the dish's will not help out either, so I got scammed, I know it's not a lot of money, but that's not the point it's the principal. They really do have a good scam going if they rip every skip the dish customer off and then never answers the phone so they dont have to...

This Mr Sub location is beyond sub-par. Always dirty and outdated. Windows haven't been cleaned in years. Old signage inside with sloppy red paint thrown over the bricks to make it look like they updated. Always only one person working as well. They get their friends and family of the same heritage to leave faulty good reviews.

If you've experienced this location please submit your complaints to their corporate office on their website. This location needs to be removed from these franchisee's.

I just found out the this Mr.Sub was selling their old breads and meats in an other shop called the Can-eatery. When i found out about this i was surprised they would do such a thing just a block away from and other Mr.Sub. the Mr.Sub inside the Esso gas station works so hard to provide quality fresh food all wiles these people at Niagara street try and take is business by selling expired old food.

Please never visit this Niagara street location. if you want a GOOD Mr.Sub sandwich take the trip to Mr.Sub Ontario road were they will make you a sub that will keep you coming for more.
