no concept of what double toasted means. if i wanted to bite into a sponge, i'd go into my shower and do it for free.
seems like following instructions is a huge issue at this location.
edit: they double toast now so i changed my rating from 1 to 3. however they weirdly stopped cutting their bagels in half ??
edit as of 10/06/23: nope, terrible. back to 1 star because over the past year they’ve been completely awful. inattentive, untrained staff, constant employee turnover, and they’re always sold out of everything without updating the quantity on mobile orders, leaving you to go there to pick up an order they can’t even make you. they cannot follow instructions, either giving you bread that is hardly even baked to totally burnt and then try to pass it off as OK. there’s also always at least, MINIMUM 5 wasps in store at all times. the ice capp machine is never cleaned and you can taste the staleness in the drink. the few staff members left there who’ve been there for years ARE great - all the new hires seemingly over the past year? in desperate need of training. this entire location needs a...

The drive thru is extremely slow..I have worked in a drive thru for many years...and there is no excuse for how slow it is...I waited at the speaker for over a minite and 30 seconds before I was greeted...then when I got to the window I could see my order ready and waiting. yet I sat in the drive for 2minutes at the window as the girl looked at me and then continued to take and fill other orders.. baked goods and not using ANY GLOVES ..fair to say I will no longer be using this Timmies...so after 3 years I decide to give them a second chance. I ordered 2 Boston creams and while I was hoping for a lil common sense I was served with two donuts that were stuck together by their fondant. Hence to say I threw them out. After 15 minutes of waiting, 12 cars going through drive through and about 8-10 visitors in and out, i drove back to the drive through to ask for my order. I was advised that it is still not ready, I said I would wait for it here, immediately then 3 more employees jumped in yelling at me in a broken English, to go and wait at the front door OR THEY WOULD CALL A POLICE ON ME.
