I’ve been on a Taco kick lately so I decided to try them out. I ordered from here originally on Skip but the driver claimed they couldn’t find my house so they kept all my food. I decided to drive down and found free parking out front. No one was in the restaurant but it had ample seating. The lady at the desk was nice and retook my order. I got 2 orders of the Gringo Trio Tacos, a taco salad, queso/chips and salsa. I was so excited to get home and dig in so when I finally got there, opened the containers, I was devastated. Hands down THE worst presentation of tacos and taco salad I have even seen. Hoping it tasted better than it looked, I tried them both. Not only were they disgusting to look at, they tasted even worse. I was shocked. Zero flavour, the meat tasted old and was dry, there was no minced onion or tomato on them as advertised, the hard shells were old and stale and no attempt to bake them was made (literally right out the box). I had 6 hard shell tacos and I couldn’t even manage getting one down. Moved on to the taco salad and no surprise, I couldn’t eat it. There was no onion or tomato or crushed Doritos. It was literally the same old/dry/crusty/flavourless meat that was in the tacos and lettuce with a punch of shredded cheese. The only thing that was edible was the queso sauce and chips, and mind you they’re not those nice resto style chips either. Never in my life have I had to throw away almost an entire order. Taco Factory, you need to do better with the quality and flavour of the food. 0/10 would...
Read moreHmm where to start. “Authentic Mexican pickup and delivery” I mean the food is good but I definitely had better.
I ordered their Birria Platter, Shrimp taco and Mexican street corn.
The Birria taco and shrimp taco were delicious but everything else was ok. Keep in mind this order was takeout and I didn’t get a chance to eat it until 30 minutes later.
I will be back. A great new addition to Welland’s exotic cuisine.

Came back 3 days after and I ordered Birria tacos and a taco salad. The Birria tacos were delicious, unfortunately it was not the same experience for the taco salad.
First off how do you make a “taco salad” and forget to add the chips. Called them back to see how they would handle the situation. The associate apologized and agreed to replace the salad and delivered to my home as requested.
To my surprise the associate mentioned to not touch the original salad and that they were going to take it back (I hope it was thrown out). An hour has passed since my initial order and have received my replacement. The salad was absolutely disgusting. Their ratio was all over the place. There was not enough beef especially what they charge for it. Also what kind of beef do you guys use? Ground beef as stated on their menu but it’s more like beef crumble.
I recommend you check your competition like Taco Zone and...
Read moreAfter looking around for some good food, we decided on taco factory. We were out of town but the reviews seemed good as did the menu. We placed our order, we were told 20 min . An hour later we were still waiting , the food was for teens and a few adults nothing that would have taken an hour. Upon returning to the hotel, the chicken tacos were inedible .. chicken was cooked so well it was hard, and the shells were stale. Nothing was even remotely warm . The street corn $6 for 1 corn looked like it was microwaved rolled in tajin and feta. It was so gummy def not a fresh corn. We returned the food, and given a refund for what was brought back, the other food was eaten by kids who had no choice but to eat as they needed to eat and sadly no other option for kids age 12-16. We were told the girl in the kitchen was new and that it was her first week. 1 hour for a burrito, 2 orders of chicken tacos (3 each order consisting of cheese, light lettuce and scant sauce ) and an order of beef tacos (lettuce and cheese only) the only other options were McDonald’s as it’s now 10pm by the time we drive back etc...
