Ordered 3 large drinks - one coffee, two teas. The order was right on the screen. Got to the window and waited while 3 staff fooled around with the male employees smart watch. Finally paid and the girl hands me 2 large drinks and a medium. I politely inform her that the earl gray tea was also supposed to be large. This is where things go down hill fast. She responds with "well you paid for a medium" to which I say, okay well what do I owe you then because I'd like it large. SHE SIGHS AT ME then farts around on the computer just to charge me 10 CENTS! I said okay and gave her a dime, okay fine. She take the medium earl gray tea (double-double with milk) and dumps it in a large cup, adds water and hands it back to me and says "here" I'm the most ignorant, unimpressed, annoyed tone you can imagine." I say thank you and she just walks away.
This is absolutely the worst service I've ever received at any establishment. I've never been treated so pathetically.
I apologize for inconveniencing you with my order while you were all too occupied with your colleagues smart watch, and for further inconveniencing you by asking for it to be made correctly as I requested it. Charging me 10 cents extra for your mistake is also pathetic.

Read moreI have complained to the District Manager about the poor service, rude staff and always getting my order wrong. The DM was even present to witness the rudeness a couple of times. If you take a "wrong" order back they somehow make you feel like it's your fault. This store is a couple blocks from my home and 4 out of 5 times my order is wrong. I take 3 cream in my coffee, how hard is this? Not single cream, not sugar, not milk! It costs me to have to return to the store to return my order. The East Main St. store can get it right, the Niagara St. store gets it right and they are pleasant. I shouldn't have to drive across Welland to get a simple coffee. I would like to go over the District Managers head to complain. You would think with all the complaints that they would improve service there. What can I do? There was a girl behind the counter throwing dishes and pans, saying she had enough of the place, as a customer, I wanted to show her the door and don't know why the manager didn't? Plus after waiting 15 yes 15 minutes for our lunch, Mike went to counter to ask for it same girl goes....I called your number awhile ago, it's not my fault you didn't come and get it! To which Mike said, we weren't given a number! Mike goes in that Tim's regularly and has never been give a number. So when he looked at the 2 sandwiches, they weren't ours! She snatched them off the counter and again said it wasn't her fault! Made our order and tossed them his way!
