Wendy's — Restaurant in undefined

I stopped here on New Year's Day at about 9PM. Thinking customers that day were going to be sparse, I feared it was inevitable that I was going to get a burger cooked hours ago, but I was very wrong.

Firstly when I got to the drive thru squawker the person said something like 'welcome and thank you for choosing Wendy's'. That's rather unusual. I ordered for my family and asked for a few specifics on my own order; no ice in the drink and no tomatoes on the burger. The clerk at the 2nd window was also exceptionally cheery and courteous.

My burger received an origami treatment from the chef to denote it was the customized one. Another unusual touchpoint, but all these were signals that this operation takes a lot of pride in what they are doing. Every item in the order was present and correct, and the burgers were just fresh off the grille and the fries were fresh and not over or undercooked. Even the toppings on the burgers were done with more precision than usual. Sauces were plentiful but not to the point of creating a mess.

Frankly I don't think I've ever been so satisfied with a fast food experience beginning to end. Corporate should consider doing a field trip to this location to benchmark attitudes and execution. Outstanding job Fairview...

Absolutely lunatic service lecturing and belittling food delivery partners upon arrival. Nobody paid attention when a driver arrived. When the driver asked and showed his order on his phone they insisted that the driver calls out the number instead. They were either unwilling or unable to read. 4 servers ganged up on the driver to tell him he should not raise his voice and cancel while all the driver wanted, was to make sure he has the right order (there only was one). He even asked if the loose drinks on the counter were the right ones to go with the food bag (those were actually wrong, should have been Come instead of OJ). The driver left and had to tell those lunat1cs to cancel the order if they wished.

During lockdown all washrooms were always unavailable for delivery personal at that same store.

This is one of the worst fast food places in the City of Barrie. Staff is unequipped to deal with customers and delivery personal. No education.

I recently visited Wendy's and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.

The food was delicious and fresh, and the menu had a great variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich, which had just the right amount of heat and flavor.

What stood out to me the most about Wendy's was the quality of their ingredients. The lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes were juicy, and the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked. It's clear that they take great care in selecting the best ingredients for their menu items.

Overall, I highly recommend Wendy's for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. The quality of the food, along with the friendly staff and clean environment, make it a great choice for any occasion. I will definitely be returning to Wendy's...
