Terrible experience ordering from here! My wife and I ordered 4 pizzas from here for a gathering for our kids birthday celebration. When the pizzas arrive we notice that one of them is missing a topping. Personally I'm not too worried about it and was going to let it slide, but my wife wanted to make sure that the pizza place would be aware. We were not expecting anything out of the situation, after all it's just some tomatoes that are missing off one pizza. She calls the call center and speaks with an individual that is personable and helpful, and who offers to have a new pizza sent out so she takes him up on it. Shortly thereafter we get a call back from the rep who states that the manager doesn't want to send out a new pizza because he is adamant that there were tomates on the pizza in question since "he made the pizza". My wife sends a picture to the email provided by the call rep which clearly shows that there are no tomatoes on the pizza. The call rep agrees that there doesn't appear to ever have been any tomatoes on this pizza. My wife questions why the new pizza will not be sent and the rep states that the manager refuses to send one because "we must have picked them off". At this point we are speechless. After being offered a new pizza, we get accused of stooping to the level of removing toppings to try and defraud them of a new pizza..... To make matters even more insulting we get a bag of tomatoes delivered to our door about an hour later. I feel bad for the driver since he looked quite embarrassed. The most upsetting thing about the whole experience was that a simple acknowledgement of the fact that the order was mistaken would have been enough, I would have not requested a refund or new pizza over this. If the manager would have taken one minute of his time to call me personally to follow up on the matter and show that he/she cared about the problem or perceived situation, it would have all been resolved with no cost, no hard feelings, and I would have still remained return customer. But the lack of basic human decency and common courtesy and insinuation that after I order 4 pizza for my kids birthday party, that I picked the toppings of is insulting. This is a level of indecency that I have never experienced. There is a saying that a dissatisfied customer will tell their experience to ten people. The unfortunate situation is that the franchise owner likely has no idea of the level of harm such employees can do to their business. Stay away from the Wolf Willow location 6839 170 St NW, Edmonton, AB 1 star is too much.... there should be 0 or negative. 1 star still adds to the level of satisfaction ...
Read moreWe keep tryin to give this place a chance. But time and time again they fail. We stopped getting them to deliver because we wait at least 45 mins to an hour for them to deliver our pizza, and it arrives cold. They are located 2 blocks from our place. So instead we opted for just picking it up instead, quicker and our pizza is at least hot. They forgot part of our order, so when i called the call center they gave me a credit, and said it is applied to our account and we can use it on our next order. They failed to tell me that i have to call the call center before i order to get the credit. So i ordered a meal expecting the credit, but they refused to give me the credit, they wouldn't even let me call the call center when I went to the location to pick up the meal. They said that I could just use it next time. So I left instead. I didn't take my meal, I went to domino's, who were happy to have my business, pleasant and thanked me for my business. The call center called me half hour later to try and offer me the credit, on my now cold food items. No thanks. Maybe just be more accommodating to your customers? I was willing to call the call center while at the store, but they wouldn't let me do that. Domino's, pizza hut and even little ceasers has better costumer service than this location. Read moreGarbage not like it used to be!! Cheap toppings, next to no cheese, pizza and fries cold upon arrival ( I live 5 minutes away ) received a tiny box of curly fries. Pizza tastes like a $5 hot and ready pizza from little ceasers and even that tastes better then this $40 order of mine from pizza 73. I won't be ordering again!! I even tipped the driver $7 !! Gross disgusting!! To be honest as I sit here trying to eat this I realized this is the worst pizza I have ever had hands down!! This corporation offered to replace my order with fresh pizza..initially I refused because I had lost my appetite due to the poor quality of this garbage they sent me...when I asked for a credit they would only offer me $10 for my $40 order , I refused they then informed me they would send replacement pizzas...half an hour later customer service calls and says the store is refusing to replace the pizza and will only offer me $12 credit. I refused the $12 credit and ended the call!! This place will never have my business again!!
