Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Jasper Place

I received a flyer in the mail for Pizza Hut which promoted the "5 Cheese Stuffed Crust" and the "Triple Treat Box" among other specials. With the exception of the "$10 Pizza Of The Day" specials on the back page, none of the other specials are noted to be "Online Only" I was refused to be able to take advantage of any of the specials in person. Instead, I ordered a special off the menu which ended up being of poor quality (I have photos.) Before leaving the location, I noticed the flyer also had the "Early Week Specials" and asked if they were still available to be ordered as a walk-in customer - When I was told "yes," I questioned why they were in the same flyer and not marked any differently than the specials I was refused, but I could order them at the counter as a walk-in. In short, I was informed the supervisor could have placed my order and discounted it, but he would have been questioned about it. Best of all, if these specials are for "Online Only," why are there a stack of these flyers kept at the counter by the cash register for customers to view/take? VERY...

This Callingwood location deserves a negative 1 star. The worst Pizza Hut experience I have ever had and I am a Pizza Hut Fan. This is not my neighborhood Pizza Hut store, thank goodness! I ordered it and picked it up for a friend in that area. Be warned...There are no rules enforced for cleanliness at this location! The pleasant young woman taking orders and using the cash register goes back to the kitchen and immediately starts working with the dough with her hands without washing her hands first.. She DID not Wash her Hands First!! When I pointed it out to the owner/manager he went back and what seemed to be just for show, told her to remember to wash her hands. A few minutes later she looked at me and went to the sink and turned the tap on for 5 to 10 seconds, wet her hands and STILL did not wash them! Also, there was absolutely NO sauce on the 2 dry pizzas...just a tiny bit of cheese on a doughy crust. I know the cost of ingredients are rising but just a teaspoon of sauce for a large pizza. Disgraceful! The absolute worst pizza my friend and I have ever had. Avoid...

The management at this location is awful (delivery driver was very nice no complaints about him). They forgot my dipping sauce and charged me for it so I tried to call to ask for a credit or refund but they don't answer their phone (this is the second time I've ordered and had to call and same thing happened they didn't pick up). So I filled out the satisfaction survey they sent me in my email, as you can imagine it wasn't good feedback. The pizza crust was under cooked and super soggy, other times I've had the toppings come out completely burnt. The manager calls me right after I submit the survey (funny how he couldn't pick up the phone earlier though) and gives me the Windermere stores number and told me to order from there from now on. Only catch you can't order delivery from a different store because we're in this jerks area. I've gotten carryout from Windermere and it's way better so I'd love it if pizza hut could just let us pick especially when Windermere is only 15...
