Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in West Nipissing

Not impressed with the last few times ordering from this location. My spouse and I have had our past 2 orders when we visited messed up on. First time we ordered 2 Double Burgers each for 10 dollars. Toppings we asked for were messed up or were forgotten on our burgers and when we asked for no Mustard they put Mustard on the burgers anyways. They missed out on a lot of the toppings so it was just a plain burger with sauces. Second visit was most recently our Blizzards were left sitting out for over 20 minutes while we waited for them we have pictures of them being soupy. My spouse ordered a chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard and it barely had chocolate in it and was not blended much as it was just plain ice cream on the bottom! I ordered a Oreo Hot Cocoa blizzard and it just tasted like a normal Oreo Blizzard. The young staff have alot to learn about customer service. The person who served us at the cash was unresponsive, almost like a robot. He took our order with no emotion. No smile. No thank you. How they put someone like that on the front line I'll never understand. But wait, that's not the best part. I walked out to my vehicle and checked the order only to find out it was short on fries. So I go back in and no one is at the cash,so I try and get the attention of someone only to be told to get behind some imaginary line. I tried explaining that I was short a French fry at which time someone else comes up to me and says get behind the imaginary line. All they had to do was say no problem sir I'll get your fries. They then spent 5 minutes doing other things before they told the cook to make another fry. I'll never go back to that dairy Queen. Sturgeon...

Sturgeonfalls dairy queen has come a long way since opening and has improved a lot.

The staff is always friendly and bubbly here and make it a habit to get to know you when you are a regular.

We only had an issue once and the manager dealt with it immediately and was very kind.

Most of the reviews from this place are from when they first opened and where still training their staff so don't let that get to you and give them a chance.

Also really loved my birthday icecream cake from you guys, you tried very hard to make it everything my mom explained and it was wholesome and perfect in my opinion
