Before when entering Tim Hortons 82 Front street there was a lot of good vibes the place had a pleasant atmosphere my son worked there happily serving customers with a big geniune smile on his face he loved his job until he accepted a temporary position doing night shifts as baker and couldn’t get his day position working up front with his team during the day back so was given the harsh treatment being told he must continue his night shift as baker or quitting when there was indeed spaces available for him he was manipulated and forced between the decision night shifts or quitting yet East Indians are being hired all the time up front! What about my son? I’m throughly disgusted Tim Hortons 82 Front street shame on you treating my son like dirt after his long quality service as a team member. Read moreLEFT IN DISGUST AND EMBARRASSMENT, Hi my name is Ashton, and its not my first time here im usually their "Almost every day ussual costomer". They are usually not that bad but i wasn't impressed this time around i waited almost 40 minutes in line to get to the counter and order what i wanted. Plus i waited 30 minutes for my food to get served i just ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and a medium icecapp WASN'T IMPRESSED...... And they were not even busy cause it was around 6pm ish so there was like 5 people at tim hortons even counting the drive thru so there was no excuse to take almost an hour to get my food. Plus my icecapp was disgusting and my bagel was cold and was also disgusting plus the staff was a little rude when talking to customers. And im not the ussual person to bitc... And complain but this was not necessary and not exepteble NOT...
Read moreI walked in to the restaurant, sat down at a table, within 15 mins a employee came up to me and asked me to leave if I wasn't buying anything.. meanwhile I was charging phone so I cud pay through my phone. Then I stood in line for 5 mins waiting for a worker to come take my order meanwhile a employee was mopping the floor behind me, I had to ask the employee mopping if there was anyone else working she said yeah, theres 3 of us here.. Oh okay then, I responded. She had then went on her headset and said there's a customer at the front.. it took about 7 minutes for someone to come to the front... Keep in mind this is at 3:45 am. The restaurant was empty, I was the only customer at the time... I ended up leaving , due to the lack of effort, and customer service skills..
I will never go back to this location again.
