Mr.Sub — Restaurant in West Nipissing

Jan 2022: Walked in got a sub walked out ate sub. What more can you ask for? (5 Star)

Aug 2022: arrived 15 mins before closing, turns out they (Mr. Sub) don't stay open untill the hours listed. I would encourage management to take a look at their cameras as they will be able to see their staff locking up well ahead of closing time. If you're open until 11:00pm your doors and operations should remain open until 11:00pm; this is standard business. As of writing this it seems that their staff was more focused on getting over to Extreme Pizza, which is where we the went to spend our money. We watched them (the staff) go there and get there food before the business was technically even closed. Pretty lame.

Dec 17 2023: I found a message from the owner in a strange location, but they reached out to me to rectify the aforementioned issue really quickly. I just never saw it in a timely fashion. I cannot explain how amazing it feels to walk into this business, and be greeted by a staff that authentically cares and wants to make your experience amazing. These people are a throwback , an example to so many others of how to run a business with pride, care, and good old fashioned hard work. If you’ve been to this store, you know EXACTLY what I mean. Don't get me wrong I love mr sub. I prefer mr sub over subway and for the very first time I had a horrible experience n I'm not the only one either with the new sub. I think it called mr.beef comes with a side sauce
