Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in West Vancouver

The staff here let several white family cut in line before me despite me wanting there longer. And when a young blonde teen probably in her early 20s asked what I wanted, I started off by saying triple scoop. And I wanted a school of churro.. “that’s it?” she cuts me off mid way through. I explained that I wanted three scoops she rolled her eyes and said she knows and when I told her I wanted the brownie she again cuts me off and hurried me up. When I want to pay for the ice cream and asked for two spoons she threw me one and ripped the machine out of me hand. Now I don’t usually assume racism but seeing that this is located in a rich white dominated area and the fact that all the other customers (all white) got treated really nicely and we’re helped despite me being there first leads me to think there’s something wrong...

The milkshake was quite yum, however, they were unfortunately all out of the most magnificent flavours, and I was forced to settle for a basic mint flavour.

Don’t get me wrong, it was good. But for the price… it could a few more cups of the good stuff, if you pick up what I’m putting down. It was quite expensive, I don’t blame you if it’s out of your price range.

The interior was small to say the least. A tight hallway, with nowhere to sit and enjoy your frozen sweet treat.

I wish I could say the service was amazing, however, that is simply not the case. It was extremely slow, and I was disappointed by this.

Şiraz is super cool and definitely brings a solid impact to the Baskin Robins atmosphere. 10/10 If you are visiting or even from horseshoe bay, this spot is goated(the best) and would definitely recommend! Şiraz deserves a raise! Bought ice cream for Morgan and Sebass they...
