The booster juice was really good, so the 1 star wasn't for that. The one star was for the service... I went in today, October 3rd around 11:20, if that helps with knowing who the staff were. When I got in the store, the girl was very quiet so I couldn't hear her that well. She stared at me the entire time I was looking at the menu, so I felt like I had to apologize for taking my time to decide what I wanted - note: I was the only one in there. I made my decision and told her and again, was very quiet. She told me my total, I handed her the cash and she just dropped my change in my hand, not even telling me how much she gave back. Yes I know I was noticing the small stuff, but you work in customer service, you should have a smile on your face and want people to come back into your store. I work in customer service too, have been since I started working and you gotta do what you gotta do! I wasn't rude at all for her to be the way she was. Just get the vibe up in that place! Read moreBooster Juice always sets me up great! This location opens at 7am which is bonus for me and the best location to go to. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Not only do they provide excellent customer service, they also go above and beyond by sharing knowledgeable information. They shared the importance of wheat grass and it has now become apart of my morning routine each morning when I go there.
This location also gave out complimentary hand sanitizer to their customers!! Thank you very much! What an awesome way to start off your morning each day.
