Long review here…..Found what I thought was mold on the bread of my 6” sub and promptly went back to request a new one. The server explained that it wasn’t mold but was discolouration from water mixing with the grey colour of the bread baking tray. I said that I didn’t want to eat that either as the bread was essentially dyed from the tray and again kindly asked they remake the sub. The server asked the manager and eventually they started making me a new footlong sub (note this wasn’t my original server which made me the first 6” sub, however that server was present and saw that the new sub was a footlong sub). So I assumed this larger sub was to compensate for the inconvenience. After the new sub was made, they said I had to pay for another 6”. They never told me this prior?? I asked why wouldn’t you tell me I had to pay prior to remaking the sub and they avoided the question and said I had to pay for another 6”. I said they could cut the sandwich in half and I’d just take a 6”. I work in customer service and I rarely push back in instances like this so I ended up paying. While waiting for my turn, the female employee (with glasses) emptied a garbage out and went to touch knife and restocked the food containers using the same gloves. She then took payment from a customer and handled cash using the same gloves and then went back to the back kitchen using the same gloves. I told the male employee that I watched the whole thing and told him that I could have recorded on my phone. Told him that it is disgusting and I will not be buying and be coming back from ever again to this location. Told him that she basically contaminated all the foods in the containers with her dirty gloves. Disgusting. This is only one instance that I watched. Can you imagine what they do in the back with...

Today I ordered some sandwich in the store. Had a gift card, but the scan just could not go through. It seems the lady does not know how to operate the scan, just kept trying to no avail. I asked if she just manually type in the codes but no response from her. Then strangely she asked fot my cell number. I was puzzled but gave her the number anyway. Then she said it is done. I asked what is done and she replied the points are done. What a heck. I don't care less about the points. Just make the scan wotking! In the middle of it she even reached to my phone by her hand which is supposed for the food only, especially during this pandemic. Finally I had to gave up and paid by credit card, as I don't want to have others in line to wait too long....
