I visited this location today and upon arrival was the only one in line for service. There were 3 people working behind the counter and all serving the drive thru. I waited about 5 minutes and no service, at this time another customer came in and was totally put out that there was no one even acknowledging that we were there. Finally a girl comes over and I ask for a gift card and she walks away to ask someone about it, she comes back and says I'm new and in training I can't help you but she will. So she then proceeds to help the person next in line. While waiting for my gift card I decided to order donuts, 6, chocolate covered and apple fritters, the girl put them all in a paper bag and hands it to me, I said there are chocolate donuts in the bag that will melt and stick together, she said sorry I'm new. I asked her to give me a box and I will put them in myself and in the meantime you have another customer, so she went off to help him, and at the same time she reminded the other person that I was waiting for my gift card. After waiting about 5 mins more the third person that was there said she could help because she does gift cards but when I asked for $100.00 gift card she said sorry I can't it has to be her and pointed at the girl at the drive thru window. This person seemed to be the person in charge and she told the girls, 3 different times, I will be over in a minute but never came over until I had to raise my voice for her to hear me "can I please get a gift card", she said " hold on a minute" I said a minute I've been here for over 10 minutes now. Read moreWent through the drive thru today at about 4:30pm (reference for the manager to identify employees). Ordered 4 small iced Capps. All came lower- filled than I've ever had them. I kindly asked the girl to top them up. Another girl appeared and explained that this was the correct amount that they are supposed to fill it to and that the other (Tim's locations/employees) have been doing it wrong??? I've only been getting iced Capps since they existed😯.. I almost cannot believe it. Perhaps she has it in her for her boss/owner and is working on getting bad reviews. If this was her goal she has succeeded. If the owner is actually telling the employees to lower the iced Capps that'd be the wrong move. Will aggravate customers and the poor employees who have to explain the VERY cheap move and bad business decision. On top of that the girl seemed annoyed by my asking and questioning of it which I did respectfully and kindly. Went into the restaurant after to potentially give feedback to a manager or atleast see an email or number to give feedback to but the line was at a standstill and there wasn't anything posted to give...
Read moreAbout 70% of the time it's good. Today I went through the drive thru and the guy at the window didn't say a word. I said hi, and he just stuck the terminal out for me to pay. Didn't say anything when giving me the 1 coffee and sandwich. Didn't say "have a nice day" or anything. Complete silence. Felt kinda surreal.
About a year or so ago there was someone working the drive thru who it seemed didn't speak/understand english well (not an issue, but maybe don't put them on the drive thru speaker where it's already probably hard to communicate/understand with the speaker). I ordered an iced coffee with milk instead of cream, I got up to the window and the iced coffee clearly had cream, I asked if it was cream or milk and they said it was milk. (It obviously wasn't). I asked them to check with the person who made it and then they confirmed it was cream. So they doubled down on it being milk when it was really cream.
