Even if you’re not a hockey fan (I admit that I don’t have a grasp on the finer points of the game), with the TV strategically positioned in front of the grill cook’s position...this place is a piece of genuine Canadiana! The food is humble, honest, and satisfying! And if you take the time to eat there, and just relax, it’s a makes you feel amazing about CANADA.

Also, an important note for first time visitors or newbies...if you order a combo with a pop or water, you’re expected to just help yourself to your beverage located in the big double glass door fridge behind the service counter. I know. It’s weird...2 thoughts here: (1) the honour system....just help yourself to a drink, eh! Seriously!! & (2) walking behind the counter...yeah it’s cool. So chill. Just do it, or go thirsty! No one here is going to treat you like the queen of England! Get over yourself...just grab...

Pulled in to this place. I realized I'd driven my x husband here before for food. Went in with 2 of my children (1 adult and 1 teenager) we ordered and sat down. The service was very friendly. The place was clean. The decor was in line with a diner. Prices were right. Our food was ready. We sat and ate it. It was great. No complaints at all. My teenage son is a very picky eater. He said his food was great. I had never seen him eat a whole double bacon burger before. Usually, he would leave half and eat it later. Therefore i know this places food must be great. My son said this place is his favorite place to eat. My adult daughter said that her food was really good. Mine was perfect.
