Terrible customer service each time I go there. It started when I asked to have a gluten free pizza for my free pizza instead of a regular medium and even said I would pay the difference if there was one. I was told this cannot be done, I have to order the regular medium. I said I don't eat regular crust, I have an intolerance to gluten and I will feel sick after. After he said the the gluten free was smaller and cheaper, so I asked what the big deal was then with getting gluten free, and explained I order there every week and give him lots of business, and he still said he wouldn't do it. I asked several times why and explained that its really poor customer service, to which he said he doesn't care, call head office if I don't like it. The following time I ordered gluten free and they got it wrong and gave regular crust, I got home before I realized and had to go all the way back. I was basically told too bad when I asked for a bit of a discount on my next pizza. I explained I could have gotten sick and his lack of empathy to customers when getting their order wrong is poor customer service. Finally he gave it, but then when we went to redeem it, he gave us a lecture that he really shouldn't be giving a discount and he won't be doing it again. This time, my husband ordered, and then told me right away that he ordered from toppers and it would take 20 mins, I said please cancel, I refuse to order from them, their service is terrible. He cancelled within a minute and they said its already made. My husband asked how that's possible when we literally just got off the phone and they said its too bad, you already placed the order, so my husband said I'm not getting the pizza. He hung up the phone and a minute later the manager - Amit, who is the same person that always gives us a hard time - called to ask why we cancelled, my husband said its really not his business, but we don't want the order, at which point we were told not to come back to the store. My husband asks if he always says this to people who cancel and he replied no, to which my husband asked why us then, and he's fed up with us and doesn't want us ordering from him anymore. Read moreSave your money. Well they use to be good wonder if changed management. Got my pizza at the hr and 25 min mark when was told about 45 mins. Called to Complain because pizza was cold when I got it not that it was late. They had to get a manager to call me back which was a lil more than a half hour later, Who by the way added time to what I was told to make it seem like they were less late. Apparently they have to stay around the 20 min mark from what your told so he conveniently added time which doesn't match up with my call log for times. My choices were 12 dollors or another pizza which would have been made and sent out which would mean I would get a good pizza after a 2 plus hour Waite. I was only able to get a credit which I'm fine for but the manager haggled with me for it hard. Only got the credit of 25 bucks after I asked for head offices number (my order was 35 something). The managers customers service skills is what brought me to posting this. He himself told me I have 46 orders under my file which that number seems low too but non the less it means I have been ordering from them for a long time and I can say they have changed and not for the better. This sucks cause I always use to rave about there pizza to friends and now I'd rather save the top tier price and deal with dominoes or pizza pizza and I have so many of those little stickers to use. Read moreI don't like the taste of bacon... yeah strange I know. Ordered the chicken crustano sandwich because it looked good in the pic.. no description or any warnings that there's bacon in it. When I had to throw my sandwich away and tried to raise the issue with the cashier Amit that the pic is misleading and there should have been a description of the ingredients- he had no clue how to handle me. "It is already billed" was the response I got!! Even when I said money back was not what I was looking for- just a polite feedback, I was met with a blank stare and sent on my way.
Edit: Appreciate the response but not sure anyone would go to the website to check ingredients when ordering in the store. My issue was more with lack of empathy or customer service skills of the staff I dealt with than the bacon and as I see here pretty much all negative reviews here complain about that and not food. Maybe there's an issue here that...
