I hate to leave this as we do love the pizza here, we stop in every time we pass through Williams Lake but after the service we received today, it will be our last time. It was very disheartening to hear that my 4 yr old daughter, who was clearly in distress, wasn't allowed to use the washroom. We have one employee tell us the bathroom was broken(lie), and when I asked to speak to a manager, he told me it wasn't for the public. I understand there can be some public members that could disrespect the bathroom or maybe they thought that she was a threat? My daughter is 4 years old and REALLY needed to use the washroom(10 out 10 she was pleading). Who in their right mind would treat a child like that, we were paying customers who just ordered $80 worth of pizza, not a threat.

I have had the pizzas here a few times, and generally they’re really delicious. However, the review is lower due to a very long wait for one small pizza. I purposely ordered a single small pizza before 10:30am, in order to beat the lunch rush. At 11:40, I called to get an estimate on time (I am on night shift, and so needed to sleep). The person who answered the phone kept repeating that “it’s a Friday” and that it could be between 1-1.5hrs (on the order it specifically states that it’s generally 45mins, and possibly longer in peak hours). They then promised it would be here by noon... it’s noon now - and still no pizza :(

Delivery was my only option (due to only having a work truck), and am only 3.5 blocks away, but extremely tired after long days tending to washout & slide areas. I am disappointed in the time, and the response of person on the phone. A surprising spot in Williams Lake. This team really delivers QUALITY pizza pies.

They have a crew working in the back making pizzas with industrial ovens. They have a fully functioning clean UI website which you can pre-order on, and pizza delivery services.

I asked for a recommendation for a veggie pizza and the staff working cash told me to get their unique samosa pie. He did a fantastic job describing it well and even offered a tip to get jalapenos added on for a spicy and sweet kick.

Pictured is the pizza. It looks fresh, with a good amount of cheese and toppings. There are slices of potatoes under the cheese for that samosa likeness.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious crust. Crispy and not greasy. My favorite part of the dish.

Would come here again. 5/5 so far a solid place for Williams Lake and the Caribou region.

Parking is ample. Easy to drive to. Few minutes away. Covid allows dine in outside on their patio seating and tables.
