Had been a regular customer for about a month. They sell their bubble teas for $8. Almost $9 with the tax. My sister decided to try a different flavor drink from them for the first time (we always order a mango Bobo). The drink they gave us was absolutely disgusting (taste is subjective to everyone, but for us, it wasn't drinkable and did not enjoy it at all) and we asked if they could make us a mango Bobo instead and she refused and said, "she should have ordered her regular drink" and she began speaking in a foreign language to her co worker. In my honest opinion, absolutely rude and cannot believe this is how they treat their customers. The problem here isn't the fact they speak a Chinese language and isn't the reason I gave this business 1 star(as the owners tried to make it look like in their response). When I said this I'm referring to the context and timing behind this. You guys began speaking in a different language immediately after refusing (IN ENGLISH) to make it right to your customers, and as a non Mandarin/ Cantonese (there's a diverse number of language in the Chinese culture(s) ) person, we felt left out and that obviously we didn't matter to you guys as customers. I've spent upwards of $100-200 at this business. Definitely lost some loyal customers, never will go back again
I read the response from owner, and wish I would have never spent my money there. As a business owner, you are to expect genuine and diverse reviews of everyone's experience, and if this is how you make your customers feel (when I say this, I'm referring to the above mentioned) then you're gonna get 1 star reviews. And it's up to you two to acknowledge the problem, and avoid it in the future as you continue to grow and improve your business. But instead of acknowledging anything, everything just gets thrown back on me (the customer). Owner states I violated a code somehow in my review by stating owners were speaking in a foreign language in front of their "no longer" regular customers immediately after not caring about a simple complaint. Like I previously said, the problem isn't them speaking in a non - English language, it's the timing and context that makes it rude. And also, I don't see how your Bobo tea can be $4.95 when I order a small beverage and my receipt statement says $8. Pretty...
Read moreFinally making a review of this beautiful establishment after visiting a few times and trying a few different things on the menu. So here is my formal review.
This place is run by the sweetest couple I have ever met, you can tell they really enjoy thier job with the laughing and smiles. Though I may not speak mandarin or any other language from China, I can tell you that they have lots of positive energy to share with everyone who enters!
I had visited one day to get my usual strawberry oolong and decided to sit and practice on my secondary language. The gentlemen who works there was super kind and had handed me what seemed like a coconut pastry of some sort. I may not have known what it was but it was delicious and much appreciated.
Majority of the drinks I have had have been spectacular!! Though I did make my own mistake and ordered a milkshake when I wasn't really feeling one, despite even that, it was still delicious and I finished the whole thing.
My top favorites so far (based on person taste so don't avoid other drinks because they are all good!!);
Strawberry Oolong Boba milk tea
Though this may not be everyone's experience, I truly believe that a lot of the bad reviews on here come from people who were more then likely impolite or impatient with the staff. As english is not thier first language, it is important for us to do our part and be patient and speak slowly and clearly.
Either way, this place is great, the owners are adorable, and it's the best thing that happened to this town...

You choose from different teas like oolong, dancong (new favourite) etc. There are sweet, milky teas with the popular black tapioca pearls and the other teas have the white boba! They are also have refreshing lemon or lime tea drinks and smoothie drinks if you’re not fancying tea.
My personal favourites are milky boba tea, Oreo boba tea, lemon kumquat tea and...
