Absolutely terrible experience, and since Moe the “owner” also has a terrible attitude and unable to resolve issues I will absolutely never ever be a returning customer, and in fact I will inform people with how horrible this restaurant really is. Paid 40 bucks for cold, stale , nasty food. They forgot my fries/ wouldn’t pick up the phone. So at the bottom of the receipt it says to “tell us how we did” so I took the time out of my evening and informed them that I use to love Mary browns but it’s changed . You would think someone who worked hard to own a business , (unless this was handed to him) must take his business and customers seriously. But that’s not the case at all. Moe is rude and unprofessional What he offered to me was a discount next time I come in for food that was forgotten. You think I’m going to pay for something Not receive it Call your restaurant to inform you about it And then you go on saying Mary browns changed their chicken.
Weird It wasn’t a question I asked : after refusing to give me my money back on a product I did not receive I asked for the phone number to head office . And he told me to google it. He also said he would be happy for me not to come back to his restaurant he has orders from skip the dishes.
I’ll tell ya one thing buddy. Skip the dishes won’t make your business go round. Don’t give people poor service and low quality old nasty stale buns.

The combo that we ordered was supposed to contain gravy, but when the food arrived, the gravy was not in the bag. We called the store and they said that they were too busy to deliver to us and wanted us to drive there to pick it up. We refused, since we already paid a tip to the driver and ordered so that we wouldn’t have to go out. Natalie, the girl that I spoke with then told me that someone would deliver the gravy soon. My husband tried to eat some of the taters and chicken while we waited for the gravy to be delivered. It was bland and dry. There was no salt or any seasoning on any kind on the food. We initially waited more than 1 hour for the delivery. We waited an additional 1.5 hours for the gravy which did not get delivered. At that point the food was cold so we didn’t eat it. When I called Natalie to say that we didn’t have the gravy yet and we were going to sleep, she told me to look out my window because the driver was on my doorstep. This was a complete lie because I was looking at my doorstep while speaking to her and there was no one there. We threw out all of the food because it was not edible. Read moreI used to like this location because I would only order the Big Mary and it always tasted good. However, I decided to branch out the other day, and it was a big mistake. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap (not cheap), only to be served a wrap with regular uncoated chicken and no sauce. Just dry plain chicken and lettuce and tomato. Really odd. Then I ordered the Greek poutine, and it may have been the worst fast food item I've ever tasted. The olives and feta and tzatziki were fine....but this was not a poutine. Because what I got were not fries. Poutines should have crispy fries. What I got was not even potato "wedges", like Tim Hortons tried & failed with. No, I think that night they didn't feel like cutting fries. What got were FULL QUARTER-,THIRD-, and HALF-POTATOS. Big, steamy, soggy starch-bombs. No flavor. Just gritty starchy potatoes cut in halves and thirds. It was really gross. I had to throw it out. That's, unfortunately, the last time I come here.
