I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with the staff. From the start, the attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. I met with a strong, unpleasant odor upon entering. The smell was noticeable throughout the dining area and lingered during our entire meal, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. I also noticed they were misbehaving with one of the delivery guy. This was very disgusting and racists. That has changed in the past 6 months, especially with the Pembina location. Not the KP, U of M or Marion locations have I witnessed and experienced such disappointment with the food and services as I have with the Pembina location. Read moreI’ve been a regular at AFV for the past few months, and while I encountered some challenges with long wait times, I want to acknowledge that the team at the Pembina Highway location has taken my feedback seriously. After I shared my concerns, they reached out to me directly, which shows they genuinely care about improving customer service.
