Unreliable service - Be prepared if you place an order with this bakery, that when you show up, it might not actually be made.

I ordered a cake by phone for pick up at 1:00PM. I arrived at the scheduled pick up date and time. However, upon arrival, the worker told me that they did not have my cake because the girl who took my order that day was new. They offered me a different cake in place of the one I ordered, but I declined as it was not a flavor that the birthday girl liked. Then they offered to deliver the cake I originally ordered at a discount with no delivery fee at 6:00PM (We needed the cake by 4:00PM at the latest). I still agreed to this just so that I could present a cake at some point in the day to the birthday girl, even if the birthday celebration was over. When they took my address, they said they could still do the free delivery but withdrew the discount on the cake due to the distance. I told them that I drove this same distance to get to the bakery only to learn they do not have the cake I ordered at the time that I needed it at, so this "free delivery" is not even any type of compensation for their mistake. In response, they offered me 10% off my NEXT cake. I told them there will not be a next time because I cannot rely on them to actually produce a cake at the agreed date and time. They did not care to rectify the situation any further. I left empty handed and extremely disappointed.

I wouldn’t bother pre-ordering cakes from this place. The two cakes I pre-ordered looked nothing like the beautifully decorated cakes they have ready to go in the display. The ready-to-go cakes are much better looking and worth the same price.

One of the cakes was plain and unappealing—just pink frosting with a “Happy Birthday” message on it. It looked more like a generic grocery store cake than something from a specialty shop. When I asked why there was no fruit or decoration like the display cakes, I didn’t get a clear answer.

On top of that, when you pre-order a cake with four flavors, you don’t get to pick the flavors yourself. They just make whatever they feel like that day. I ended up with four flavors I wouldn’t have chosen, which made the experience even more frustrating.

To make matters worse, the lady at the front desk didn’t seem to care about my concerns. Since I had already prepaid with a tip, she was unwilling to address the issue or offer any solutions.

If you want a nice cake, skip the pre-order and just grab one from the display. Otherwise, you’ll end up with something underwhelming, disappointing, and not...

Return visit: Note on my return visit I did feel that the souffle cake was a touch undercooked. The rose macaron was beautiful and balanced in flavor. Service needs work. Not very friendly today

Initial visit: Must try: pancake It's a fluffy creation. Quite pricey. Takes awhile to make (20 minutes).. altogether delicious. I was really full from lunch, barely had my drink from next door because I was so full, but still ate the entirety of the pancake because it was so good. They have some different flavors to choose from.

The layer cakes are good. My gf loved it, but I could taste the refrigeration in the cream. If it was fresh it would have been perfect. She did not detect it and loved it.

Many of their elaborate buttercream cakes for 6 inch start at $120. It looks like mini wedding cakes with how beautiful they are. I have not tried it yet but I might splurge
