Things were pretty good, the food was decent though a little lackluster. My partner and I had the Texas Twister Melt combo with curly fries as well as chicken tenders with garlic parmesan sauce, more curly fries. I found the melt to be pretty tasty as far as the ingredients but the meat somewhat bland, like it should have been marinated or something. The chicken was good but seemed slightly over-cooked/rubbery, dry. The batter was alright on it though not very stand-out-ish, if you will. We had our meals curly fries and pop which were fine/okay.

Service was fairly good other than a long delay to be greeted when we entered. Our server (America) was very good, attentive and friendly, she even offered refills when my drink was down to about ⅓ full. She was nice and checked on us appropriately etc... I felt a little bad after when my partner had trouble using the debit machine and forgot to add a tip in the process.

The atmosphere was alright, kind of typical of a "sports bar" as you'd guess, seemed to only be playing country music for the whole restaurant which we're not fans of but tolerated. They then switched to a hockey game broadcast suddenly at one point which was only seemingly shown on the T.V.s on the bar side of the restaurant (we were on the other/regular side in a booth). I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the booths and the "wiggle room" in them, more than ample space between the seats and the tables.

Overall a pretty good experience, I think I'd only been here maybe once since they moved from their old location around Madison and Ness, I...

Let me start by saying I will not be returning and I do not recommend this restaurant.

We went yo meet some friends from out of town and within a few minutes of being seated there is a fight breaking out. The two guys fighting end up "dancing" more then 20 feet from their table. They hit the ground staff tried to intervene but with them on the ground they smash into my chair and force me to get slammed into my table.

I manged to get away from the fight that is pushing me into my table. I end up stepping on glass with it going through my shoe to my foot. After about 5 minutes the staff seem to get the guys to stop fighting and tell them to leave. Only for them to start fighting outside. That's when we find out that these guys are regulars and this happens often.

We had already ordered the food and they friend I was with figured it should be okay to stay. The staff were forgetful, raking our oder and only giving part of the orders. We had to ask for the rest of our order. One of my friends got cut off when he asked for another beer, he was not drunk and no one told him anything about it.

The wings are horribly over priced for what you get. They are skimpy with the sauces both on the wings and on the sides.

My bill was over $150, for mcdonald's quality food, and bad service.

No one from the restaurant asked if we were okay after the fight. No one checked in or apologized, and no one thanks us for supporting the business.

I will not be returning and I do not recommend...

Food was okay, but the service was HORRIBLE! Our waitress was no where to be found only came to our table twice during our 2 hour dinner, when we flagged down other waitresses they were rude and wouldn't assist us, when we wanted the bill we still couldn't find our waitress and other staff would not assist us again, we ended up waiting another 15 minutes before we finally got the bill from our waitress and could leave. Then upon leaving we asked for a take out container and was told we couldn't have one because they claimed we ordered an "all you can eat" menu item, which we did not but they assumed we did without checking the bill. I was so annoyed by this point, I brought up the fact that 3 other tables around us that DID order the all you can eat items were given take out containers even though they were told they could not but all 4 people at my table clearly overheard those waitresses were giving in to their requests anyways. At this point I was just ready to leave this place, I do not recommend this place to anybody, I am pretty sure all the staff is racist because all those 3 tables around us had caucasian people, their waitresses were very attentive and friendly. I hope management sees this and gets their staff to work on this issue of treating all patrons EQUALLY and...

TLDR: Tasty but expensive wings. 25$ for 15 wings and a coffee. Came here for a bite and the service was quick and attentive. Food didn't take too long and the place didn't seem all that busy (went Wednesday evening). I ordered 15 hot breaded wings and they were very tasty. Good size and flavorful, and they arrived hot on the plate. So overall very tasty. Only downside is it is slightly expensive for wings but they are above average wings so it makes sense. Had a good experience and I'd come back again.

The biggest shame with a restaurant like Hooters, in my opinion, is that they get prejudiced opinions of them by people who have never actually eaten there. If the place WAS just "a gimmick", ie. "Pretty girls in tight outfits", the first restaurant would have failed long before becoming an international chain. They make EXCELLENT food, hands down some of the BEST chicken I've ever had. And I know people who absolutely refuse to eat there because they think so poorly of a place without ever visiting it.

Went there last with some friends (Wednesday night). It was my first visit, got the $12.99 boneless wings and curly fries special. Wings were dry, Daytona Beach sauce was not very flavourful and over spiced. The fried pickles and onion tower were good though. Would not return again, and will not recommend to anyone.
