Went for a quick lunch (7/18/24 around 11:20am onwards). They used to have kiddie meal but they don't serve kiddie meals anymore, found it cheaper. Placed an order for chicken with rice on the side and was asked which rice? I told just plain. I never knew there's an option and thinking of garlic fried rice. While ordering mine, which is spag and chx, I asked the order taker what is the difference of plain and garlic rice. Surprisingly, been told that they only have plain rice, so why am I asked?
While waiting, he handed me their thing that would vibrate when order is ready but, I wanted to ensure that the chx w/rice is spicy, the lady who packed our food looked at the receipt with her annoying face and answered "nakalagay dito spicy. (indicated here as spicy)." I asked her if she is mad bcause the way she responded is unacceptable.
I love Jollibee but if this is how you respond to your customer, the management should know. Respect and customer service needs to develop.
Btw, I enjoyed my spag, the temperature, noodles and sauce are balance. I've noticed the changes on spicy chicken which is not shown in the photo. Better than the sprinkled spicy powder on regular chx and always the best peach mango pie. Consistency of crunchy, sweet goodness of peach mango pie! A must try!
Before I forgot, this place serves gravy whenever you had chx order and by adding a buck you can upgrade your reg soda into pineapple sweetened juice. No tables...

For people planning bigger parties at Ellice Ave that is not the location it is quite small Try Jollibee Transcona on Nairn and Jollibee McPhillips which is bigger to fit for big parties reservations.

Customer service is nice Angela, Meios and Crystal are nice to talk to when feel alone. A certain fry man seems to have a day off. So ordered a sandwich instead.
March 20 2025 at 3 pm has great chicken deals and awesome poutine could use a little more cheese curds. I always thought of Jollibee having their own version of poutine I see its a limited time hope sometime in Canada it will be a permanant on the menu. And chicken tasting very good 💖💕💞
Update: Came back saw the certain fry man working today he makes the best and the chicken tastes just right. I had a "undecided date" And the guy I hangout agrees that it's the best chicken he ever had. I agree. Idk if my date is serious.. But the fry man who makes it is absolutely...

Editing this rating as I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Jollibee's online ordering system recently. The wife placed an order online, expecting a quick and seamless process. However, while driving to the store to pick up my order, we were informed last minute that my wife needed to present the physical credit card used for payment. This completely defeats the purpose of online ordering, where convenience should be a priority.
She doesn’t carry her physical credit cards with her, and there was no mention of this requirement during the online transaction. To make matters worse, the staff suggested we drive back to get the card (which makes no sense) or have someone at home take a picture of the card (which we can't as the whole family was with me)– absurd suggestions. After driving to the store, I was left with no choice but to cancel the order in person, wasting both time and fuel.
We find this policy very inconvenient. If presenting the physical card is such a requirement, it should be clearly communicated upfront during the ordering process. Jollibee seriously needs to reconsider their policies and improve their customer service standards. For now, I’ll think twice before ordering...
