So I attempted to place a take out order today, as my husband and I were coming home from a day of fishing and did not want to cook. I called the Chicken Chef on Dale Blvd to place my order. They took my order and then proceeded to tell me that because my order was over $30, I would need to provide my credit card over the phone. This has to be the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of, and why should I trust Chicken Chef with my credit card number. This could be justifiable if I was placing a large order, but this was two individual dinners.

We usually go for breakfast during the week. We went today (Saturday) and my omelette was so greasy, I asked for bacon and sausage, it was not the same as the bacon and sausage you usually get with the regular breakfast. But it had overly salty sausage and ham, not bacon. I had to find the waitress to tell her, and ask for a box for my partners food. She said she would get the manager to take it off the bill After we packed his food, I went back up and she said the manager wouldn’t be able to remove it for 5 mins…..so I ended up paying for a meal I didn’t eat 🤦‍♀️ Terrible customer service and the weekend staff clearly need...
