I called Little Caesars only to have someone answer the phone "Hello" then proceed to hang the phone up on me. I called back and once again the girl answers "Hello". I ask if this is Little Caesars Henderson Highway and she replies "Yes". I ask her how would I know that if she answers the phone "Hello". Then I wanted to order a Pepperoni Pizza made with Hot Sauce instead of tomato sauce and she responds "We can't do that". I say "What". She repeats "We can't do that". Funny I have always ordered a Pepperoni Pizza made with Hot Sauce. Never problem before. Then she insults my intelligence by asking if I would like BBQ sauce on it instead. Holy Moley !!!! Two different times I went there and ordered the pep classic pizza for $6.99 along with the crazy bread combo. Both times the same Male indian employee had issues with me giving him exact change in cash and both times he also didn't want to give me the sauce that comes with the crazy bread even though he charged me $4.99 which is the price. He claimed because he didn't hear me say crazy bread COMBO I shouldn't receive it even though I paid the combo price, once i raised my voice he did eventually give it both times. Ordered a "hot and ready" here and ended up waiting way longer than expected. They said it'd be ready in 3 minutes, but they just popped it in the oven. And to make matters worse, they dropped my crazy bread they just made, so I had to wait even longer for a fresh batch. It took a total of 13 minutes for something that should've been ready to go. Clearly they had not just 'popped it in the oven' they lied to me. If they told me it was a 12 minute wait I would have just left.
