Updated. They still haven’t improved. They do not know how to operate a restaurant. The McDonald’s down the street has better service and fresher food. Both times they shorted my order. I guess this is how they are trying to turn a profit at an under performing location. Avoid this one.
Ordered through drive thru,I’m handed my drink and it is over filled and leaking all over me, while I’m cleaning up the mess from the drink I am waiting in the waiting area for my order because at lunch time there was no chicken nuggets ready. I’m brought my order, of course I check because you can’t trust it will be right, as expected there was an item missing. Go into the restaurant to get my missing item. Explain the problem and that the drink was over filled. The response was “the machine is automated”, I explained This is not a me problem. The missing item is given to me and was offered a refund on the missing item. Processing the refund it was declined twice. I gave up and told them to keep the money. Read moreI was just at this McDonald’s and ordered a happy meal with a Diet Coke and was snapped at by the staff who took my order. She complained she had been working 8 hours (a normal shift in North America) and was just finishing her shift and how dare I raise my voice at her (she repeated orange juice three times so I said Diet Coke on the third time a little louder). I then talked to her to tell her I wasn’t yelling at her and I thought the speaker wasn’t working so I said Diet Coke a little louder and she then went off how she’s been working for 8 hours and this and that and how I was yelling at her at the end of her shift. It was honestly the most bewildering experience I’ve had. She ended it by sarcastically telling me to have a nice day and walked away.

Read moreI went to this location earlier this evening feeding 5 people. I had to repeat my order 4 times, they told me they were waiting for fresh fries, I was ok with that. Waited about 5 minutes. When we got home realized we were missing a burger.I went back, 10 minute drive. I went in told the person I was missing a bacon mcdouble ,she replaced the order for the burger and I waited another 15 minutes , no offer to make up for my inconvenience just sorry for the wait. Now I could understand messing up my order if they were busy. But 5 cars in drive thru and 4 people waiting for their order . This was the worst McDonald's for service . I Don't blame the young people working , I blame the management at this McDonald's , I will never go back to this location again. They need to train their staff better, no customer service at all .
