A few people of the crew at night on this location are very rude and arrogant. These people make customers feel disrespected and inferior by showing their limited knowledge of English as a show off or is this a policy. That crew member could have told us if there is any policy or anything else but that person kept talking in English in very rude and arrogant way. It happened two times with us ( my family). If we find any crew member or any customer service representative who is sharing same language or ethencity, we first approach that person because it seems more convenient and comfortable. But some people prefer to show their so called attitude instead of helping them with own language. I am working at hospital, if we have any patient who cannot speak English or not much familiar with it, the hospital management provides translater to better serve and treat them. What if someone needs help or anyone has to face any kind emergency, then they will keep the same attitude even in that situation? This is ridiculous. I think everyone is on this earth would definitely love his/her mother tongue ( language) but few people disrespect their own language by ignoring to speak it with people from their own country. That is really really sad. They even do not loyal to their own language. I will never visit this location ever...
Read more(Newest experience): Me and my daughter had a bit of time to kill before the bus showed up, so we dropped into this Tims for a quick, hot drink. I went to the washroom first while someone was being served. When I got back to the line, the guy had just finished up and the server went to make his order, I guess. They never came back, though. There were about 3 or 4 employees focusing on the drive thru, barely looking at the front counter. I waited 4 or 5 minutes and then we had to leave to make sure we caught our bus. I know we don't own a vehicle but that shouldn't mean we're not important enough to be customers. Perhaps next time I'll just walk to the drive thru.
This one girl on tills at noon asks you question but as soon as you go to answer her she starts conversing with a co-worker. Every time she asks a question. "What size of coffee would you like?" "A med...." And she's off, gone to speak to someone else for a few moments then comes back "I'm sorry what size did you want?" "Medium..." And it goes on like that again. It's incredibly rude. Donuts are usually stale in the morning. Other than that, it's Tim Hortons. Sometimes the food is okay if you get them to heat up your muffin and make sure the cheese is melted in the sandwiches. I would go to McDonalds but it's too far from my work on my...
Read moreI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Tim Hortons location on Nairn Avenue. Having visited this location several times, I have consistently encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. During a recent visit, I ordered an Oreo Iced Capp, and noticed that the amount of whipped topping provided was significantly below the standard size. When I politely inquired about this, the staff member insisted that the small amount was the standard size and abruptly closed the service window, which I found dismissive and unprofessional. On a subsequent visit, I ordered a Brownie Fudge Latte, and yet again, there was no whipped topping included. Additionally, the bagel I ordered was neither properly toasted nor adequately buttered. When I attempted to address these issues, the staff responded rudely and shut the service window without further discussion. This consistent lack of basic customer service and failure to meet standard product quality is unacceptable. Customers are paying for these items and expect them to be prepared correctly. The staff's attitude and unwillingness to address concerns reflect poorly on the establishment. I strongly urge management to review and improve the training and behavior of their staff to ensure a higher level of customer...
