Ladies and gentlemen, I m here to tell every customer that what u treat us like and what u get in return. I m so sorry if this will hurt anyones feelings i get it that u guys get pissed at us of course u pay for ur food and u deserve better food for sure, but being rude is no solution to anything. I m a crew here and i get treated worst sometimes that actually hurt my feelings and make me cry sometimes during the shift itself... One rude customer spoils a serverâs whole mood and that actually ruins our attitude towards every customer. At drive thruâs in cold there are some rare customers that actually cooperate and understand our feelings that we are cold some of them park cars too far that they expect us to bend we are not getting paid to bend down through that window to get ur payment its ur food and ur car u should come and get it also dt are for instant orders not for 8 meals or 10 Xl coffees in rowđ sometimes u guys get so overconfident that u guys finish ur order and we just on our headset to say what can i get for u today đ no offence but we sometimes need to ignore coz we also do stuff while taking orders its called multitaskingđđđ there was a customer he waited like almost 10 mins for his food coz it was busy and when i went to present his food to him he actually scratched on my hand while taking his bag of food like why dont u think that we do have some rights too a lady comes often here and ask for Xl coffee half cream and half sugar and cant wait even for 2 mins sometimes we run out of cups and to grab it from Basememt it takes some time but she understand not even a bit cant explain her anything coz she dont have that capability of understanding that when she yells at us what it feels đ i dont get it that why people ask for S&S sauce when we almost present ur food what happens when u were ordering its just 20 cents guys get mature guys đ¤Śđťââď¸ a customer recently complainted to my manager that i was being rude to him just coz i was asking him to pay for his S&S sauceđ¤ˇđ˝ââď¸ excuse me i m not putting it in my pocket duh!! I placed an order for a McRib combo and a Sweet Chili McWrap meal with crispy chicken and extra sweet chili sauce. However, upon receiving my order, I was dismayed to find that only the McRib combo was included, and the Sweet Chili McWrap meal was missing.
In an attempt to rectify this oversight, I entered the store and approached a lady employee who identified herself as the supervisor named Roman. Regrettably, instead of addressing my concern with professionalism and courtesy, she displayed an astonishing lack of empathy and customer service skills.
As I entered the store, one emplyee from the kitchen immidiately got me a bacon wrap only, saying they missed the item from my order. I tried to explain that was not my order, and the drive thru made me a wrong order. Despite my clear explanation of the error and my request for the correct item, Roman adamantly refused to acknowledge her mistake. She insisted that the Bacon Wrap was what I ordered and callously dismissed my complaint, instructing me to accept the incorrect item and leave the premises.
Even after presenting my receipt as evidence of the mistake, Roman refused to engage constructively and examine the situation further. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing.
I firmly believe that a supervisor should possess the ability to listen to and address customer concerns promptly and effectively. Roman's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction reflects poorly on your establishment and undermines the trust and loyalty I once had as a patron.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. Additionally, I request a refund for the Sweet Chili McWrap meal that was incorrectly omitted from my order.
