I went here for the first time for a late lunch. I was greeted at the door and directed to sit by the window. Decor is quite dated, relatively clean, with dimmed lighting away from the window. No other customers were there or came in. I was kindly brought water without asking for it. The menu had a great variety of options, and they have an all you can eat menu, which I did not look into. After a few minutes, my order was taken. I ordered two sushi maki rolls - firefly and chicken teriyaki. They came out in a timely manner, were nicely presented, warm and delicious. There wasn't too much rice, though I'm not sure that it was sushi rice, it looked like long grain. The server didn't check on me to see how the meal was, and eventually I had to get up to find them for a food box and the bill. Payment was taken at the front entry. Overall, I would order from here again, but probably as take out.

It was my first visit to Mooshiro—and definitely my last. While the all-you-can-eat menu is comparable to places like Sushi Gen and A+ Sushi, Mooshiro falls short in a few key areas. Notably, it lacks popular options such as beef ribs and raw beef that are available at those other spots. What was most disappointing, though, was the sashimi policy. There’s a strict limit of 15 pieces per person, which isn’t clearly communicated anywhere except in small print on the menu. There’s no mention of this cap on their website or posted in the restaurant, which feels misleading—especially for an “all-you-can-eat” experience. Overall, the lack of transparency and limited offerings left me feeling underwhelmed. With better options out there, I won’t be returning.

It was a great experience. The food was delicious and the service made you want to come back again. We came for ayce lunch (no sashimi for lunch - only dinner). Okay. So here is the thing, you will notice as in my photos that their nigiri have quite a bit of rice, so maybe noth worth it to get a lot of them. But their rolls are really good. We had the Rainbow, dragon, and Alaska, they are easily the same or better quality than a la carte sushi restaurant. They also have quite a bit of options for appetizers and you gotta try their honey yam tempura. It is a small family-owned restaurant and they care about you. They care about serving you good food and giving you good service. So yes, come and support them! I know I will!

Very disappointing experience my partner and I had on Valentine’s Day.

We made a reservation and arrived at around 6:20, which we were then seated and skimmed through our menu for All You Can Eat. When we finished and wanted to start ordering - we were left with no marker and had to wait for the two hosts to come and attend us for about 15 minutes in which they finally handed us a marker but then took 30+ minutes to come and get our order in place… We then had to wait almost an hour to get our order on our table, which were about two rolls of sushi, and four appetizers.

After we finish in about 10 minutes, we then list another order of food.

While making the most with our situation at the time, the hosts ignored us for the next hour to focus just on the DoorDash orders and other people who arrived about the same time as us while we were still left with empty and dirty plates on our table.

At some point during this, someone finally took our order - which (spoiler alert) never even came. Then the male hostess asked us if we needed water and I politely said “no thank you” (Take note of this)

We then finally gave up at 9:30 PM, thirty minutes before closing and I had asked the male host at the checkout if our table’s orders were still being made. He told us word for word; “we never received an order from you guys” and when I said otherwise he replied “you said no when I asked you earlier”. That is just blatantly wrong as he actually asked me if I wanted water earlier and we also received about two appetizers from our second order during our wait time…..

I understand that it was a very stressful time but it is not a good idea to lie, especially when you’ve made your returning customers wait for hours.

After some deliberations, we asked if we could get a discount for the amount of time we wasted for our Valentines and Anniversary. And the best he could give us was charging us just for their All You Can Eat lunch time prices, which is still $57.67 after taxes - a bit ridiculous since we only got to eat one third of our total orders.

Please do...

We wnt for the lunch, in some ways it would be neat to have a larger span of the menu like at dinner time, but it is understandable for not making it a larger menu for eat all you want sushi. Some of the sushi looks the same. The only downfall that I noticed was that you can't order just plain fish without the rice, which I thought I ordered but turned out I didn't. I was there over five years ago and forgot the name of the sushi place, but I came during dinner time, so I forgot the menu was a little different. The sushi was good and my friend and I enjoyed it. It was great because you had an option to give a tip or not to.which it should be like. There should not be a demand on tips, tips is when the customer believes one deserves it. So, thank you for making that not an issue. I spent roughly 28.50 for myself and another 28.50 for my friend may be a little more.

My thought is that all you can eat should be set as if you have, for example, 18 dollars if you don't do another order and an extra dollar or two for every extra order. Most of the time, I only order once, and it seems pricey when you don't get a second or third order. That is just a suggestion.

The service was nice. The people are friendly and helpful. I would say between A+Sushi and here that the service is far better than A+ Sushi. But I would say the food on both ends is fantastic.

The atmosphere is very unique. It makes you feel that you are in a different place. Thanks for your service you may...

We've been going to this place but yesterday was disappointing.

We got our sushi first, before we got soy sauce. I asked the waitress for soy sauce and she forgot. The other waitress noticed when she gave us ginger and wasabi that we didn't have soy sauce so we waited for her to get it. She saw that there's no refilled soy sauce at the back so we didn't get it. The 1st waiter then gave us our appetizers then we asked for soy sauce, that's probably 10 mins after we got our sushi, and we can finally eat. The golden boy roll is good. The sushi and nigiri has too much rice.

There's 2 waitress, 3 chefs making sushi, and there's another help at the kitchen for 28 people in the restaurant. They need another waistress every friday night as 2 waitress is not enough. It's hard to ask for anything as they are too busy, if you want water, soy sauce, order more food, it will take 5-10 mins just to find someone plus waiting for them to get it.

We asked for ice cream. The waitress we asked forgot it again so we asked another waitress and we waited 10+ mins from asking to getting our ice cream.

As for the food, quality is going down, food doesn't taste as it used to be, and they're consistent in putting too much rice to fill you up...
