Those in need of convincing with regards to this citiesand indeed this societies ongoing drug induced epidemic need look no further than this establishment bearing the name and trade mark of the great Tim Horton. The problem is so concentrated here that we would do well to grant restaurant ownership some amount of consideration when judging them and their contribution to the communitie and indeedl to society.
That said. This particular locations management team should wake up to the fact that they chose and choose to do business here. We didn't ask them to come and we certainly didnt ask to be treated as advesaries as we do our best to trudge the road of destiny.
They could choose not to operate here if it's too difficult to stomach the aendless variety of lost souls slipping further and further into the realms of despair whos allure and result if everywhere you go. .
The interaction prompting this current concern took place with a person identifying as Sandy, Whether they are the owner, manager, or self-appointed bathroom monitor is unclear, but sandies actions raise questions. They and their pleasent seaming happy family have taken up residence for the day it seems. The goal appears to involve denying bathroom access to anyone carrying a bag of any kind, unless they relinquish it to sandys custody. While they assure customers that their belongings will be safe under the watchful eye of a camera, this practice creates an uncomfortable and invasive environment for those seeking privacy in the restrooms.
Sadly, this isn't the restaurant's only misstep as a neighbor on not ever theiir worst. The absence of even a single outdoor garbage can is glaring, forcing patrons and passersby to rely on indoor bins. This has a significant impact on the neighboring business, which has its own outdoor garbage can, leading to an unsightly mess.
The old adage "if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem" rings true here. This Tim Hortons location, in particular, seems uninterested in providing solutions and instead displays contempt and disregard for its neighbors. This blatant lack of consideration is disheartening.shame of you Tim Hortons and Shame on you pwrson...
Read moreI have been a regular customer at this place for the past seven months, visiting almost every day because it's conveniently on my route to work. Each morning, I drive by there on my way to my job. There's one particular order taker who works there around 8:30 am. I find it difficult to describe her, but she consistently displays rude behavior. I've had multiple encounters with her where issues have arisen. During these encounters, she not only takes my order but also makes fun of my English accent by mimicking the way I speak and then laughing about it. Today, on Monday, September 25, 2023, at 8:25 am, I stopped by as usual and requested my regular order, which includes an orange juice and an everything bagel with cream. Additionally, I noticed an advertisement for an orange sprinkle donut and decided to order that as well. she responded by saying they didn't have the orange sprinkle donut and offered a vanilla donut instead. I politely informed her that this wasn't what I wanted, to which she replied that it was the same as the sprinkle orange donut and laughed. I proceeded to the window and reiterated that I did not want the vanilla donut. She looked at me from behind her coworker with a smirk on her face, radiating hostility. She shouted at me from behind her coworker at the window, claiming that she was trying to confirm my order with me and it’s the same as sprinkle orange which is not, all while maintaining a mocking expression. I've encountered similar experiences with this order taker in the past, but I usually brushed them off due to time constraints and the need to rush to work. However, today, I couldn't overlook her behavior any longer and decided to...
Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. My family and I stopped for breakfast before a Disney show, hoping for a nice start to the day instead, it turned into a complete disaster.
The employee taking my order was extremely rude. I had to repeat my order at least four or five times, and she kept arguing with me about a simple request a plain bagel with hashbrowns and lettuce for my daughter. She kept saying, “that’s not on the menu,” in a rude tone. When I asked for a kid’s apple juice, she snapped, “we only have one size,” like I was doing something wrong.
When I got to the window, all four of my bagels were wrong. I asked for the manager, but even she didn’t handle the situation properly. While I was waiting for them to fix everything, a customer behind me started yelling, calling me names, and showing me the finger — and I lost my patience too because I was tired, upset, and just trying to explain that I was waiting for them to fix their mistake. It turned into a whole scene that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
To make it worse, after all that, there were still no hashbrowns in any of the meals I paid for. My daughter was crying, my morning was ruined, and what should have been a happy family outing turned into embarrassment and stress.
This location seriously needs better training and management. I’ve read other reviews and clearly this isn’t the first time people have had issues here. I’m done coming to this Tim Hortons it’s just...
