Absolutely terrible service provided to a Pre-kindergarten school! The product has always been fairly terrible, but if you order from them, you know what you’re getting into. Unfortunately, our child’s school uses Pizza Hot line for the cost. Parents can place an order for your child’s birthday, which we did. Order was placed online delivery set for the children’s lunch period at 11:30. Not a complicated order of six pizzas including three cheese pizzas. Order arrived 40 minutes late and cold, leaving the children to miss their lunch period, On a lunch we provided for my son’s 3rd birthday! Only explanation provided by customer service was that they were short drivers and they sent multiple orders out in one vehicle. I ordered the 4xl party pack. I ordered 1 double pepperoni, 2 pepperoni and mushroom, 1 jalapeño and chicken with extra jalapeno and extra cheese. first order lacked cheese on 3, and they sent replacement for all, the new batch of pizza seemed even worse as the first batch. I confirmed with pictures twice and they pretty much confirmed with the restaurant that they were fine. I personally like pizza hotline my go to is on Meadowood. I have now ordered pizza 4 times from this location in the last 2 Years and it is gross everything 4 toppings for $15 large speacial sure it's a good deal but not when you can see the dow on the bottom no toppings an no cheese. Tasted like the box it came in gross injustice to the pie industry.
