Comedy was great, experience was soured by management. I won free tickets to a show through a social and when I arrived there were no issues. I enjoyed the show but when the bills were passed out I was told I had to pay for the tickets. I explained to the waitress about the social tickets and if there was an issue with them then it should have been brought up before I watched the show (I arrived 20 minutes early to the show). The waitress was very understanding and I was pleased with her but she couldn’t do much on her end. I went to the front desk to address the issue and they made me and my family wait for the manager to flip through all of her documents. We even waited until the crowd was gone to give them time at the end of the show so no line would be held behind us but now we were waiting longer. I explained to the waitress and front desk reception again that it doesn’t matter what the manager finds because I wouldn’t be paying for the tickets as the paper I presented was accepted prior to the show beginning. Finally the manager comes over to apologize that it was her error in marking things down but that I should be calling prior to the show. On the ticket I was given it said that if I wanted to ensure a spot in the show to call and reserve a table. It was a Tuesday so I assumed it wouldn’t be packed. If by chance I showed up and it was sold out, I would take the loss on my own account. But if they require to validate prize tickets prior to the show, they should indicate that it’s mandatory to call in to confirm the ticket validity. I felt disregarded by management like it was my issue for her not being organized properly. So word of advice, if you win tickets for these comedy shows, call not only to get seating but to validate your tickets so you don’t get scolded by management, souring...

My husband and I just went for the late show this past Saturday (March 26th) . We were excited for a fun date night!

For one our service was terrible! She first came around and asked what we wanted to drink so we ordered a pitcher. We were going to order food but she said I'm just going to get your drinks now and I will come take your food order. Now the show is starting and were trying to get her attention to tell her that the sprite in our drink is out of syrup(just tastes like club soda) so it didn't taste great at all. We had to flag down another waitress as ours was nowhere to be seen. Asked her if she could send our waitress over. Our waitress came over (it's been 45 minutes) And told her about our drinks and also said we wanted to order dessert. So my husband ordered a cheesecake and I ordered the apple crisp . My husband's cheesecake was dropped off but not ny apple crsip(figured it's a warm dessert so it's in the oven) Well the show is now over and I still didn't even get my dessert . I told her this as she brought the bill and she said oh I'm sorry I didn't tell you , we're out of the apple crisp" Well if you would have come and did your job I would have ordered a cheesecake then! Absolutely terrible! She should be checking on her tables but we even said we wanted to order food but yet didn't come back?

Such a disappointment and embarrassment never will I ever recommend this place to anyone. My daughter paid $110 for 2 VIP passes to a show for my birthday, she took a bus from Flin Flon, plus paid for transportation to and from the show. Mid show a waitress approaches and says there is a $2.50 minimum if not eating we, were like no we bought are tickets and don't want anything to eat, plus we didn't bring any money with us. How embarrassing while other customers heard and were interrupted during the show by the disagreement so unprofessional. We went out side for fresh air while waiting for the meet and great she paid for security came up to us gave us to bills for $3.75 each we were dumb founded to this as we stated we paid for are tickets and have no money on us. He said it doesn't matter and we would have to speak to the manager and leave my license and come back the next day to paid. I said there is no way he said we had to leave and to never come back which I already knew I would never come back to such an dishonest place .We checked all the emails and confirmation emails even their web site no where is there mentioned a minimum requirement to buy food or pay a price to stay we would have never bought tickets what a money grab. I feel so bad for my daughter to have experienced this as she came From Flin Flon to take me to this for my birthday for a fun night out. Talk about an embarrassing and disappointing evening all for what $7 they are that hurting for money or business to treat...
