We have been back 3 times for the lunch pizza and salad 🥗 special since the original review. This is always good to excellent. TODAY.... tried something different ... big mistake. Rueben and salad for $12.50. I am a BIG fan of the Rueben sandwich 🥪 and I have had 100+ of them. This was the worst ever. Toasted instead of grilled bread that was soggy and fell apart immediately, was there any sourkraut in there .... who knows anyway...... it was, and I dont use this word lightly RANCID.

Of course, the wife will never allow me to send anything back or complain/ or they did not have the opportunity to make it "right."" On the other hand, you can quiet plainly see it was not eaten and a mess.

No inquiry from the staff .... sad. I have taken two stars off for this unfortunate mess. Stick with the pizza.

The waitress was very rude and made us feel like a nuisance when we asked questions about the menu. The Sorrento salad tasted like there was no vinegar in the dressing at all, just oil. We ordered pizza with light sauce and basically had no sauce that we could see without a magnifying glass! But we were told by the "manager" that the dressing is premixed and its always like that! Perhaps, the "chef" forgot to shake it today?? She took no responsibility at all for the oily salad and no sauce pizza but stated that they offered to make a new pizza and we declined (we didn't feel like waiting another 30 minutes nor take a chance on one more thing). The waitress offered some sauce on the side to dip the pizza! and then came back and just grabbed the pizza off the table without saying that they want to make us a different pizza. Terrible service by both waitress and manager, inconsistent salad and lousy pizza. We will not ever go back to this location. Do yourselves a favour and go to BP across the street. 0/5 for food and service. There are many nice pizza places in the city. No need to scoop...

I am happy to say things have improved significantly! The food is absolutely delicious and the staffing situation is much better. You can actually see people enjoying being there and loving the food. There is something for everyone on the menu, including kids. I highly recommend the chicken fingers, the shrimp, soup, pizza or sorrentos salad. You won't be disappointed.

Left the below review four years ago with 2 stars..well here I am 4 years later. I am leaving with a splitting headache from their phone ringing non stop, the serving staff are litterally running off their feet and are so over worked that they don't even have time to wash their hands to prep a drink. Menues are just thrown on a display and constantly falling which is a fall hazard. They really desperately need help.

The caesar salad was absolutely delicious and the chicken fingers were nice and juicy. The fries were dry and flavorless.

Despite all this....STILL better than RnR down the street.
